To Whom it May Concern,
On December 9, for the very first time, Reggie Finley contacted me and
asked me if he could purchase theinfidelguy.com for $55. I returned
his message with a phone call and agreed.
My desire to sell this domain to him at a reasonable price had nothing
to do with a potential lawsuit against me. In fact, Reggie lives in
Atlanta and I live in San Diego and I know that he has very limited
funds and that a lawsuit would be virtually impossible for him.
I sold this domain name to Reggie to show him and the atheist community
goodwill. I had been thinking about giving it to him for awhile and
when I received his call and his offer, I quickly accepted.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding on this subject. It seems
that some think I was afraid of a lawsuit due to a recent trademark
registration by Reggie Finley. Rest assured, I didn't even verify his
claim of trademark registration, nor do I care to, because I was happy
to transfer this domain name without threats of recourse.

Right, but that doesn't answer my point, which was about the way the
law was written and what allows him to be charged with a double murder.
There are lots of laws like that on the books all over the country.
But the taking of the life of a fetus against the will of the
mother--and the will of the mother is mostly what legalized abortion is
about--is a crime. Laci had no say in the matter, and the laws allow
that violation of her person and her rights over the fetus are the
issue in that situation Wow! What a shock. The Peterson case is not
an example of abortion. Abortion in and of itself isn't murder. It's a
legally protected right of the woman, at least for now. So where's
your case for it being murder?
