Thou Shalt Not Overeat |
Diet books seem to be the rage and now there is the Maker's Diet,
offering "foods that are approved by God".

At a guess, pork chops are out. Fasting for forty days in the desert is
in. No mention if the menu for the Last Supper is included in the book.

Josef

A couple of years ago a book was released called "What Would Jesus Eat?" and
it was a diet based on what would have been eaten at that time.

"In the book there's a long list of things that Rubin claims make us
sick including, wearing contact lenses, antiperspirants, flouride
toothpaste, and daily showers.
"We introduce a concept called advanced hygiene that allows the body to
prevent the infection scenario that allows the body to prevent toxins
from coming into our body," says Rubin.
No wonder Christians smell so bad, I thought it was just my imagination.
I wonder what time interval he's suggesting for showers. Weekly?
Monthly? Bi-annual?
