And my understanding is that it's older than a few years. Having
lived in that area briefly, my understanding is that it's under
South Mountain north of High Rock/Quirauk Mountain, close to the
border, and thus also quite close to the old Fort Ritchie. Raven
Rock Mountain is further south (tho technically it is basically
the same ridge) closer to Smithsburg. That I've been really
close to driving a couple of times and there aren't any obvious
secret government facilities that far south.
