One of three cousins playing in Chester Creek Monday, drowned. As KYW's
Hadas Kuznits reports , the 7th grader has been identified as
13-year-old Jamiel Guy.
The three cousins ages 13, 14 and 16 were playing under the 9th Street
Bridge in the city of Chester, Delaware County on Monday.
Fire Commissioner James Johnson says one of the boys was on the river
bank and the other two were in the river:
"The two youngsters were playing on what appears to be an inflatable
swimming pool, using it as if it was a boat. Water came into the craft,
the boat; the young man says the boat turned over."
