Today's Impeachment rally. |
I was at the rally at Love Park in Philadelphia
for 3½ hours - 2½ at the park holding up a
poster saying that Bush should be tried for
war crimes and an hour marching through the
downtown area. Tons of people honked their
carhorns to show that they agreed that Bush
and Cheney should be impeached and others
gave us the thumbs up and V for victory. Only
two morons, both young male cowards with
their faces hidden gave us the finger (so brave).
Every time a tour bus went by, over half the
tourists were cheering for us. We were a very
boisterous crowd of about 300. There would
have been more, but the advertising was late.

Good for you! I don't know if anything was going on around my way, but I
wish I could have taken part too.
