That Totally Off Topic. Sometimes I feel there's a need for that.
A friend of a friend has a cell phone with Verizon service. Except for the
rare times she is in roam she never gets a bill.
She has had the phone for some time.
She does live where most of her block is in a cell phone Bermuda triangle.
You can walk around with almost any phone and go from roam, to analog, and
back to digital in a few feet. At the end of her block it's clear sailing.
Any reason why she would not have to pay?

Beats the crap out of me. I certainly have to pay my Verizon cell phone
bill :(
