Transcendence
Hi, I pumped transcendence of the ego into find groups and this group
came up. So
I was wondering if any folks here are interested in that very weird
spontaneous event that grabs our consciousness and takes our mind
beyond time and space, personality and memory of this world, and
finishes up in place/realm/state, which is utterly amazing. Some call
it by all different names, such as the Mystic Death and Resurrection
Event; or the Mystical Reunion; or the Knowledge of SELF, etc. It
happened to me one evening whilst alone and simply listening to some
music and then ZAP, and one is gone. I was 'away' for three hours
before 'normality was established again. It sure came as a sock at
the
time; and I have never even heard about such things. But from that
point on, over forty years ago, other stuff happened which lead on
from it, and also all spontaneously. Sure never asked for any of this
stuff to happen; but it just did anyway. As for beliefs and religions
then I was never interested in them and still am not; they can keep
the lot of them as far as I am concerned. I would rather experience
what life and existence has to offer us than merely believing things
one hears from others. Hell, you cannot live life by proxy and
hearsay
can you.
