the reprobate neither know nor will ever understand even the
remotest explanation of what Christendom calls the Blessed Trinity
since their allegiance is to Satan their god. Joh. 8:43,44...

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
Is it 1 or 3? A profound question like that should be
good for many centuries of warfare and bloodshed.
Don't underestimate the significance of this question.
The Anglican Church of England used to throw people
in prison for daring to dispute the concept of "Trinity", much less
to dispute the concept of God.
In those dank prisons, many died of disease.
That is the real face of religious history- a world of
exalted fantasies and fairytales pushed by power-hungry
charlatans who were greatly convinced of their own superior
virtue, establishing their own dominance and
veneer of respectability through a long reign of terror.
All of which is context for why it would be fine to
push religion back off of its pedestal in similar fashion.
In the words of the French philosopher, Diderot (1713-1784)
"Man will never be free until the last King has been
strangled with entrails of the last priest."
Funny how these basic truths never really change,
over the centuries.

while this verse is cited by some as a proof text of a monotheistic
Supreme Being but to the exclusion of Jesus Christ, Eternal God, and
the Spirit of God, Eternal God, it can be plainly seen from the very
same verse that it is a proof text of a Supreme Being who somehow
subsists as the One God, singular in number yet unified in a plurality
of Persons.

the reprobate neither know nor will ever understand even the
remotest explanation of what Christendom calls the Blessed Trinity
since their allegiance is to Satan their god. Joh. 8:43,44... and
Satan their god is mono-angelic, hence their adherence to one god...
who does not subsist as three angelic beings unified.

that God ( Elohiym, plural ) defines Himself as One Jehovah whereas
the word " one " in Deut. 6:4 speaks to a unity... as does the word
' army ' or the word ' people ' or the word ' nation ' ... as in the
United States which together makes up one America, and so on.

the word " one " in this verse is translated elsewhere from the
Hebrew to describe the union of a man and his wife as in Gen. 2:24
whereas together they shall be ' one ' flesh.

the word " one " in Deut. 6:4 is translated " united " in Ezr. 3:9

it can not be denied that the word " God " in Deut. 6:4 is a plural
word... Elohiym. yet, the verse goes on to say that God is
" one Jehovah "... " one Lord ".... one YHWH... " one, " I Am. " "

*********************************************************
" In the beginning Gods, they created the heavens and the earth "
is the correct English grammatical translation of Gen. 1:1; as it is
in the Hebrew Old Testament and the Septuagint; that is, the Greek
translation of the Hebrew Old Testament.

the fact that the Lord our God somehow subsists as a united
plurality of Persons can not be denied by reason of the word's God
used to write His Bible and this is further illustrated by Gen. 1:26..

in Ge.1:26 we read " Then God ( Elohiym, plural ) said, "Let Us
make man in Our image, according to Our likeness. "

every third grader understands that a pronoun refers back to some
noun in the subject. it can not be mistaken... but such can be
suppressed ( Ro. 1:18 )... that in Gen.1:26 the plural pronouns ' Us '
and ' Our ' refer to the plural proper noun Elohiym...Gods.

it can not be as some say that the angels were referenced in
Gen. 1:26 since that is not grammatically correct... purposely
changing the Word of God to suit a belief system designed by
reprobates.

no, it can not be that angels were involved in the creation of man.
the Bible says God formed man from the dust of the ground... not
angels. man is made by God in the image of God.. " and God ( Elohiym;
plural ) said Let Us ( plural ) make man in Our ( plural ) image
( singular ) " ... one God's of one image. Gen. 1:26

amazing, isn't it ?

when Moses said to the Israelites " Hear, O, Israel. Jehovah our
God is one Jehovah. " in Deu 6:4 he is saying " Jehovah
( singular ) our Elohiym ( plural ) is one ( united; quantifier )
Jehovah.

no one has the ability of mind to fully comprehend how the Lord God
subsists as Three Divine Persons, ( Ps. 139 ) namely; Father, Son and
Holy Spirit. yet, in this Psalm David names to three distinct Persons
of the Godhead the acts of which are too wonderful and too high to
grasp full understanding of... God is described through His Name and
through His works.

( wonderfully, the word ' wonderful ' in this Psalm is one of the
names of the Lord Jesus Christ... the same word used by The Angel of
the LORD in Judges 13:18 )

the LORD God is completely ' other than ' ( Isa. 46:9,10 ) and not
ever to be likened to anything in the physical world. Ex. 20:1-6
He is far from explanation even to His prophet David who wrote Psalm
139 and God is completely unexplainable to the reprobate. for the
reprobate, its like trying to explain the parent who abandoned them at
birth. Ps. 58:3 cp. Pv. 15:29

yet, He makes Himself known to His people through the faith of Jesus
which He freely gives to those upon whom He has mercy.
while " No one has seen God at any time; the Only-begotten Son, who
is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him." Joh. 1:18

the carnal world can not come to the knowledge of God being they are
not filled with His Holy Spirit... for only His sheep are granted to
hear the voice of the Good Shepherd ... " I am the Good Shepherd,
and I know those that are Mine, and I am known by those who
are Mine. "; " they shall hear My voice " Joh. 10:14-16

for God has chosen the weak things of the world and revealed Himself
to babes, for His purpose is to " confound the wise " 1 Cor. 1:27

************************************************

the regenerate Christian's admit they do not fully comprehend how
one God, who accepted them in the Beloved by Sovereign grace, subsists
as Three Divine Person's, all of whom made themselves known by
personal revelation to them through the Holy Scripture by His
indwelling Holy Spirit. Joh.14:16,17

as the Psalmist writes... " Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is too high, I cannot attain to it. " ( " Wonderful " is one of
the many Names of Jesus Christ )

by this same admission the regenerate Christian concludes that only
to the children of the One True God has He given the faith of Jesus to
understand spiritual truth... such as the mystery of the Blessed
Trinity. Joh. 14:17 though in part. 1 Cor. 13:12

to the world this has not been given. ( Joh. 14:17 ) and never will
be given unless the Lord God gives by His choosing, life and the faith
of Jesus. Ro. 9:18 cp. Eph 1:3-14

****************************************************

in the Day of Judgement all eyes will see but One God and on that
Day we will all see Jesus Christ, for Judgement is committed to Him...
" for in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily "
( Col. 2:9 ) " "Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in
Me. " ( Joh 14:11)

" I and the Father are one." Joh. 10:30

" And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation
of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. "
Heb 1:3

His Holy Spirit, completely ' other than ', has been given to God's
elect to Tabernacle with us forever, declaring Truth... that is,
Jesus, to the inner man.

" And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper,
that He may be with you forever;

[that is] the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive,
because it does not behold Him or know Him, [but] you know Him because
He abides with you, and will be in you. " Joh. 14:16,17

while this doctrine is a delight in the hearts of God's elect, it
is one of disdain for the Oneness types. these are devoid of the
Spirit of God and can not come to the knowledge of any Bible truth
simply because these are of the world and speak the things of this
world.

some other interesting facts concerning the mystery of the Most High
God are :

the Father says " I "; the Son says " I " and these refer to the
Holy Spirit as " He. " ... non-existant beings are not self-aware.

God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are all
mentioned in taking part in Creation... God the Father can not be seen
by man according to the Bible and neither can the Holy Spirit... God
the Son, Jesus Christ Eternal God is the visible manifestation in
who's image man is made who appears to man in bodily form...

to see Jesus Christ face to face is to see the Father and the Holy
Spirit face to face... for there is but one God united.

the Bible word " council " describes a group of men which form to
consider something and thereafter render their counsel. the word
' council ' is used by God ( Jer. 23:18 ) to describe the meeting of
the Members of the Most Blessed Trinity and render their oracle to man
through the Wonderful Counselor, Jesus Christ. and who, by the way,
is there called " Mighty God and Eternal Father " by the Holy Spirit,
Eternal God ( Is. 9:6 )

the word " council " is a quantifier noun.

Jesus Christ was not only raised from the dead by God the Father,
but also by God the Holy Spirit as well as by Himself, God the Son...
the Bible is plain about this.

Each Member of the Godhead chose, before the foundation of world was
laid by them, who would be called and chosen to receive the benefits
of His salvation grace through their Divine Representative, our Most
Blessed Savior, Jesus Christ. Eph. 1:3-14

Praise be to God !
