Truth behind the joke |
Check this article:
http://www.twismor.com/april07/bunny.htm
The writer is saying that the Easter Bunny is satanic. It's a joke, of
course, but there's some truth behind the joke.
If you read it, you will see a paragraph where he mentions the Kansas
Board of Education banning Pokemon because it promotes evolution.
Guess what? It is true. It is forbidden for kids to take Pokemon stuff
to their schools.
So how long is it gonna be before they go after the Easter Bunny with
the same premise? That article may seem like a joke. It isn't.
Don't get me wrong. I couldn't care less about the Easter Bunny.

A quick google search for "kansas" "board of education" and
"pokemon" gets over 50,000 hits. None of the hits on the first
page were from sources I had any reason to believe were reliable.
There's a lesson to be learned from this, I suspect.
