If Mark's omnipotent, I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem turning water

It's his omnipresence that bothers me and if it doesn't stop, I'm
calling the police.

Very funny retort. :)
But is it the thought of Mark's omnipotence or the possibility of God's
omnipresence that is so very annoying?

It's not so much omnipresence, but omniscience that bothers me. After
all, amongst other things it means He never laughs at ones jokes
because He's *always* heard them before.

Why not consider Omniscience to be conditional? God knows everything He
wants to know but allows the rest to pass unnoticed. He doesn't *have*
to know everything since He has a choice in the matter. Besides, if we
are made in God's image, humor must be part of the package. Voltaire
was no doubt onto something when he wrote, "God is a comedian who plays
to an audience that does not dare to laugh." There are those who will
not laugh because of woe begotten fears while others only laugh out of
pure scorn which lacks any true joy.

How could anything about your "absolute" deity be contingent?

Keep guessing, Denny.
Voltaire was a deist, and no fan of Christianity. He was saying that
theism, including Christianity, is a joke. The audience knows that it is
a joke, but is too afraid to admit this to itself.

Correction: Mark's "omnipotence" should read omnipresence. Sorry
