Autopsy determines victim shot in head

WATERFORD, Conn. --The man found dead along a Waterford road on Saturday
was fatally shot, the medical examiner's office said Sunday.

You know, I assume, that there are those murderers who try their best to
mask the true cause of death?
Like, for example, that man could really have been killed by poison, with
the headshots just an attempt to mask that?

I doubt if toxicology study was done.
I bet it was. Even if not directly related to the cause of death, it
might provide clues to help solve the murder. My guess is that it
would be negligent not to do toxicology in a murder case.
