Robin Cook is nearly dead!

Apparently now extremely dead now. But not entirely cold yet.

He's probably cold by now. I found him to be a sleazeball myself. An
anti-war sleazeball -- but an anti-war stance is common sense, not
heroic.

My mother met him once or twice, and (dare I say it) said that in the
flesh he was a *very* attractive man. Difficult to believe, I know,
but there you go....

I dunno'. The pic at the above isn't that great (with his wife), but
other pics I've seen of him I can see how someone would find him
attractive. Particularly "once upon a time", but even recently. Not
myself, mind you, but I can see why he'd do it for some.

I've met him loads of times (he was my MP) and in the flesh he looked
like a hairy fishfinger in a suit with novelty goggly eyes stuck on the
top.

You didn't fancy him then, I take it?
