What George W. meant to say to America |
I've Googled and Googled but can't find an online copy of an editorial
in today's paper by Rick Horowitz titled "What George W. meant to say to
America." Some choice lines include: "Our strategy can be summed up
this way: As the Iraqis stand up, they get shot down. Better them than
us," and "Feel free to interrupt me with applause." "September 11th.
September 11th. September 11th." "We fight today because we can keep
coming up with new reasons to justify being there." It's really
delicious sarcasm that sharply ferrets out the truth from this week's
presidential address. Check your local paper.

How about: "I'm very sorry and promise not to do it again"?
