I don't know if your posting is meant to be serious,.. but at least my reply
will be.
From here, from my observation post in Northern Germany, it sure looks like
the greatest single problem is _education_ - or rather the lack of it.
Once someone is dumb enough (and proud of being dumb a la babblical
cretinism) you can sell her anything. Literally anything.
