Tricky. As others have asked "believe about what"? Still that said,
I'd be inclined to answer "I believe many things," or perhaps
something along the lines of "I believe what I believe because of what
I know in the context of what I am and similarly I do not believe what
I do not believe because of what I know in the context of what I am".

Yes; but I think a complete answer to the OP would involve taking the
question 'What do you believe?' and *re-phrasing it* as 'What (if anything)
do you feel so dependent upon that you will deny all counter-evidence in
order to preserve your 'faith' in it?' That's really the central question in
all attempts to compare or contrast religion with its absence. N'est-ce
pas...?

I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky - I think about it

Close your eyes
Rest your head
Let your spirits rise
Sleepy head
Rest your mind
It's been well fed

There are about seven times as many answers to that as there are atheists
posting to the ng.

(And twice that many dissenters)
