When abortion becomes illegal, again. |
The overturning of Roe v Wade is not far away, allowing states to once again
write it's own abortion laws. Those states which make it a crime, and I
believe it will be almost all of them, have a tool at their disposal that
will help prevent illegal abortions in their states; charge said
abortionists with murder, not manslaughter or other reduced charge. Make the
penalties very severe; perhaps life with no parole. Rewrite state laws to
prosecute these abortionists even when said crime takes place outside the
states borders; thereby preventing travel to a 'kill-state' to avoid
prosecution. Write these laws as suggested and the egalitarians and their
'Underground Railroad' will be just a dream. There are lives at stake here.

I'd be curious to know what you propose charging the woman with.
Conspiracy to murder?

Well, I would have thought that if you took "abortion = murder"
seriously, you'd be insisting on compulsory pregnancy testing for
every woman on leaving and return to the USA, together with a
presumption of having had an abortion if they go out pregnant, come
back ... (?) unpregnant, and can't produce a baby.

Good, but not enough ... don't stop there. This country MUST
be made safe for good decent folk again. Ban chewing gum,
poppy-seed rolls, guns, and "Fanny Hill". Make possession of even
small amounts of narcotics a hanging offense. Send fags
to jail. Implement fines for littering, amounting to
thousands of dollars if that's what is needed. Put computerized
camaeras in the housing projects and public transportation.
Ban nudity even in the home. Censor the Net; ban satellite
dishes. It's for our own good, people.
And finally, hang up a sign at Ellis Island saying "Welcome to
Singapore". Only then can the JYoungs of the nation rest easy.

No, they'll be worse -- terrified that there might be folks whom they
can't detect -- and paranoid that people might be ("might" mind)
engaging in activities that haven't been officially sanctioned,
approved, stamped, anal-retentively delineated, defined, and
"desensitized" for the "protection" of their ever-so-sensative
sensibilities.
They put the Whirling Dervish of old to shame; Shining their
unidirectional "light" upon things which *could* be shadowy, they create

Is J Young disappointed in the South Dakota law since it only makes it a
fifth degree felony, much less serious than even manslaughter? If abortion
is made murder what would be the punishment level for a woman who seeks one?
Is J Young trying to embarass the "pro-life" community?

My point in asking that question was that even if, by some remote legal
fluke, they manage to make abortion illegal in my state, it would only mean
that girls/women who got a positive result on their home pregnancy test only
have to step across the border into Canada to have a medically safe
abortion, and be back home before the family sits down to lunch. So how
are they going to handle this? Outlaw home pregnancy tests? Institute
uterus checks at the border? None of the pro-lifers seems to want to field
this question. The same question could be asked about states that outlaw
abortion being adjacent to states that still have legal abortion.

You pro-liars really ought to avoid counting your chickens before they
hatch. Perhaps abortion will become illegal in the states, but what will
you do if that does not happen? After all, there are still enough
pro-choice justices on the Supreme Court to fend off any attempt to undo
Roe v. Wade and that does not even count the uncertain votes of Alito
and Roberts. So, don't be too surprised if your silly chairs for that
South Dakota law end up being for nought.

The overturning of Roe v Wade is not far away,
It will be the last thing that the repug party ever does.
allowing states to once again
write it's own abortion laws.
If states outlaw abortion then they better not ask for even one penny of
support for those children from the federal government. If the birth
certificate reads "South Dakota" then there should be no federal tax
deduction as a child credit. There should be no AFDC. That child should
not even qualify for federal student loans. If SD wants to make this
kind of law then they can pay the financial consequences.
Those states which make it a crime, and I
believe it will be almost all of them,
Nope. Perhaps a fair amount southern, redneck states, but probably some
of them won't even go down that world to becoming a third world nation
unto itself.
have a tool at their disposal that
will help prevent illegal abortions in their states;
No they don't. Women can buy abortifacients by mail, over the internet.
You'll never stop that.

abortionists with murder,
You'll never even know the woman was pregnant, unless you plan on
requiring all women to provide urine samples every month.
not manslaughter or other reduced charge.
You don't have enough jail space or enough courts to handle it, you
fucking fascist...and no you won't build enough either.
Make the
penalties very severe;
Severe penalties actually make crime worse because it sweeps up many
people who didn't deserve to be there and turns them into hardened
criminals. It's more than a little ironic that your draconian policies
have created more crime.
perhaps life with no parole.
No, they'll just kill fascist, anti-reproductive freedom haters like you
and change the laws to allow abortion. Of course, that isn't necessary,
though it could be fun. Actually, if the abortion issue were put to a
public referendum, then it would pass in most states.
Rewrite state laws to
prosecute these abortionists even when said crime takes place outside the
states borders;
And the states that legalize it can write laws that say it is legal for
people out of state to come there seeking abortion. More importantly,
women will just leave the woman-hating, anti-abort, anti-freedom states.
thereby preventing travel to a 'kill-state' to avoid
prosecution.
We'll make it illegal to extradite doctors performing abortions and
illegal for officials from anti-abort states to set foot inside pro-
choice states for the purposes of attempting to apprehend any person. We
will also impose economic sanctions and other sanctions on pro-lie
states.
Write these laws as suggested
I suggest that pro-choice states pass laws saying that all abortions must
be done anonymously and that no doctors or clinic workers may legally
testify about any information that mighy identify clients. Pro choice
states need to to set up clinics all along the borders of reproductive
freedom-hating states and mobilze national guard troops to protect them.
Attempting to interfere with the operation of an abortion clinic needs to
be a crime that is punishable by 25-years to life in prison, without
release.
and the egalitarians and their
'Underground Railroad' will be just a dream.
Pro-choice states can provide free bus tickets to any woman who wants to
come to their clinics.
Cheap manual vacuum aspirators can be purchased for $25

Why, Earl? So you can send them off to die in yet another Republican

The overturning of Roe v Wade is not far away, allowing states to once again

I'm sure you will not understand this (let alone read it), but
procreation
is a fundamental right. This fundamental right has the right of
choice within the individual, that choice must also include to
not procreate. States cannot make laws on fundamental rights.
Those states which make it a crime, and I
believe it will be almost all of them, have a tool at their disposal that
will help prevent illegal abortions in their states; charge said
abortionists with murder, not manslaughter or other reduced charge.
You cannot murder that which is not a human, if a fetus
is given the status of a human, then that automatically
makes rape legal, because if this "human" has the right
to be in a female without her consent, so does anyone
else under the 14th Amendment. Plus the woman
is forced into involuntary servitude to service another
"human" without their consent, not allowed under the
13th Amendment.
Make the
penalties very severe; perhaps life with no parole. Rewrite state laws to
prosecute these abortionists even when said crime takes place outside the
states borders; thereby preventing travel to a 'kill-state' to avoid
prosecution. Write these laws as suggested and the egalitarians and their
'> Underground Railroad' will be just a dream. There are lives at stake here.
Theocrats lust for religious fascism.

Note who is your target, gays, not lesbians, not bisexuals,
but gays. And who does a XXY hermaphrodite legally
marry if the only legal marriage is one between a man
and a woman? Anyone they would marry would be the
same sex, they have both sexes.

Whenever the court rules in favor of equality and freedom, every American

You cannot murder an unborn you fuggin idiot. So long as the embryo
is dependent on the woman carrying it, it is part of her body and it is
up to her to decide what to do with her body.
