A bit to the left in the UK sense. Which I understand makes me a card
carrying Stalinist in some countries.

People who seriouslly evaluate issues and not just follow others are neither
right or left, they make intelligent decisions based on the logic of each
issue.
Being a Democrat or Republican is also a sign of following some party line
instead taking considered and independent positions.

Thanks for communicating my point in a more articulate way that I am able
to.

This is true. I tend to agree with the Dems and Libertarians more than
anybody else, but it's all a coincidence.

I came out very slightly to the "left" on economics and -7 something or
other social libertarian.
But I'd quibble with them on some of the questions and how they score
things. They have questions on your attitudes about corporations. What
they *ignore (and I've seen libertarians miss this one a *lot) is that the
modern corporation is a creation of the *state.
I have *major qualms over the idea of the state granting blanket
absolution to creations of paperwork and fiat. The modern corporation
system is meant to shield people from *responsibility. That never leads
anywhere good...

outdoors: If there is a wind chill advisory <today we dropped to -40>
pissing is not easy. The wind hits your ***** and he backs right down
from the brutality. Your ***** just scoots right back in your pants no
matter what direction you pee.
I was in a couple feet of fluffy snow yesterday, and the wind kicked
up, blowing a load of snow and cold in the wrongest place in the
world. A baaaad feeling happened.
Otherwise, heed the wisdom of towelie. Pissing outside is happiness.
