White phosphorus used in Iraq
ANSA) - Washington, November 16 - The Pentagon has admitted using white
phosphorus in Iraq but denies claims made by an Italian documentary that the
spontaneously flammable chemical was used against civilians .
Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Barry Venable said on Tuesday that white
phosphorus was used as an incendiary weapon against insurgent strongholds
during the US military's siege of the Iraqi city of Falluja last year .
"It was not used against civilians," he said .
Washington had earlier denied the use of white phosphorus at all in Falluja,
a city just to the west of Baghdad which suffered widespread destruction
during the November 2004 offensive .
White phosphorus is a lethal chemical which is capable of burning and
melting human skin. The smoke it produces is capable of causing external and
internal chemical burns .

Sure you can; at least, against military targets. But

White phosphorus used in Iraq
Before it was only one country, one dictator. But now it's the US, UK a
smattering of others and Iraqis all dying over there. The US is using
chemical weapons, the very thing they went to war to stop. The US and Iraq
are incarcerating people and torturing them not only in Abu Grahib but in
clandestine sites in Iraq and eastern europe.
Also, Saddam Hussein was a secular ductator. Now, the coalition and Iraq
and the insurgents all claim to have a god on their side...
Seems t'would have been better to leave well alone.... it's religion
that's caused/ is causing this whole mess. Shrub claimed a direct message
from god to invade. The insurgents cry Allah Akbar! as they detonate their
bombs strapped to their bodies.
Always been the bloody same..

Do you have objective evidence that he would have? And if he did, would he
have been accurate in doing so in accordance with the classification
according to the CWC? If he did, my objection would be the same.

We do have objective evidence that Cheney will lie shamelessly when
it suits his political agenda.

Do you?
Yes, and you do to, at least if you bother to read any mainstream

I don't bother. Besides, what does this have to do with how the CWC
classifies white phosphorus?

Read what I said. It was only one sentence long, 16 words total (15
