threatening to put rat poison into supermarket foods.
Add to that the fact that you aren't paranormal, merely ABnormal
it was in his testimony why he thought I was mental in the 1st place.
then he used an idle remark out of context and put it next to legal demands
that they uphold their civil contract.
it should have been a case for civil court, but they would lose that so
they made it a criminal court case.

One cannot morph a civil case into a criminal case without a prosecutor
becoming involved. Put another way, one cannot have a criminal case
without a crime. What likely happened was that the civil case was dropped
as the criminal case was brought forward. Why? In many states the
criminal case has precedence in that any fines or other punishments
imposed on the convicted must be paid before any civil redress can be
realized. In the vast majority of cases, criminal proceedings are enough
to bankrupt the convicted and any civil proceedings brought forward after
the criminal conviction are a waste of money and time. It is quite
impossible for a civil case to suddenly change into a criminal one. The
complaintants are different and the charges are different. Two different
matters that are heard in different courts.
In short, the statement "it should have been a case for civil court, but
they would lose that so they made it a criminal court case" is *****.
It does not happen that way.

I kept telling them I would take it to court, they badgered me then laid charges.
I wrote on registered mail
you took 4 weeks to reply to my last application
reply ASAP or face consequences.
That went in the paper as. YOU OWE ME $100,000 SO REPLY OR PAY THE CONSEQUENCES. ......
Now its been 4 years and I still can't contact Office Of Fair Trading.

irritating, there is no law against it.
