What is it about atheists that scares theists?
They're afraid that they may be wrong about god(s).
They're afraid that there's no afterlife.
They're afraid that heaven doesn't exist.
They're even more afraid that hell doesn't exist (where else could they send
their enemies?).
They're afraid that their con tricks to fleece the gullible will be exposed.
They're afraid that there's no such thing as a soul.
They're afraid that the universe doesn't give a damn about them.
They're afraid that they've been wasting their lives, on their knees,
praying to a non-existent god.
They're afraid that their holy books, which they've taken as gospel, are
just a collection of contradictory myths and falsehoods.
They're afraid of their creation myth being exposed as a pack of lies.
They're afraid of being exposed as the delusional morons they are.
Or to put it in one sentence:
They're afraid of reality.
Why else would they keep coming here trying to put the 'fear of god' into
us?

From my yeas here seldom do atheist ever address the topic at hand in
my posts.
All they can offer is fear, hatred and idle speech.
Hiding behavior is very common with spiritually sick individuals.
Unless we are talking about 'trade secrets' or plans for a surprise
birthday party, the need to hide our actions due to shame and ego
destroys our peace as well as our integrity.
I see from many of your replies, some of you are ashamed of what you
write and like to keep it hidden.
Anytime I feel ashamed or feel the need to hide things from my family
or others it is a signpost to me that I am heading in the wrong
direction for developing inner peace.
I had to restructure my life and make it transparent and above board
for peace's sake.
Am I perfect at it?
No, but infinity more perfect than not, when I compare my life now to
my pervious life that was built on lies for the most part.

Which one? We've only got 16 commercial stations in this area, and
the PBS station run by the U of H...
