Why do Atheists hate Jesus Christ? |
Some religions are good, and some are e-e-e-e-e-evil. A good example of
an evil religion is Atheism. Atheism will let you down. Atheism leads
to sadness, agony, and sorcery. The Bible is what you want. You also
want the One lamb virgin stronger than a thousand bolts of lightning,
Jesus Christ. Or else suffer in hell.

Fantastic. Right off the bat I can tell that you're a conservative. Only
conservatives, and especially religious conservatives, see the world in such
contrast.
A good example of
an evil religion is Atheism.
Atheism is not a religion. It has no organized structure, no heirarchical
orders of leadership, no sacred texts, no prophets, no dogma. You see it has
a lot of nothing.
Atheism will let you down. Atheism leads
to sadness, agony, and sorcery.
I'm quite happy thank you. Still trying to figure out how to turn pesky
little theists like you into a newt.
The Bible is what you want. You also

Sure...I want a religion based on human sacrifice. Sounds like fun.

Why do atheists hate Jesus? We don't Jesus died and stayed dead. What we
'hate' are 'sick' and 'depraved' idiots going around brainwashing little
children (ala 'Jesus Camp') into believing that a dead 1st-century Jew died
for their 'sins', but is still alive and 'loves' them. This is out-and-out
child abuse. That's just *one* of the things right-wing Christians can
justifiably be hated for. It has nothing to do with some guy who died nearly
two-thousand years ago. It has to do with ignorant people who tell brazen
lies to children in an effort to moor them to their own cult of depravity.

Whilst doing their indoctrination of children they should try [without
resorting to lies and distortion] explain to those poor kids why the 'said'
Late J. C. had nothing written about him from age two to age twenty.
Could it be the fiction writers covering a period a few hundred years earlier
didn't think this was worth bothering with?

Man of old, the savage,
formed the belief,
the eruption of the volcano
was god's expression of grief.
Man believed the lightning bolt,
for the crops - a blessing of rain,
the curse of flood lending starvation,
was spewed from heavenly gates.
Man believed he could calm divine wrath,
through sacrifice of a virgin pure,
though blood appeased him not,
how the quake continues to tremble the earth.
Man believed the sting of a bee,
the fangs of the serpent, the teeth of a bear
were all signs of divine things,
deities by the dozens, some invented in pairs.
Silly superstitions thrive to this day,
if not for the rationalist, skeptic,
and freethinker,
where would we be?
In Church thumping Bibles, that's where!
See, we've came a long way.

Unfortunately for the 'normal' Christians and Muslims amongst us, the
extreme factions of both religions have taken over and act as the
'spokespeople' for their respective faiths. They simply usurped control --
and they're not going to give it back anytime soon. We all know that there
are legions of 'good' (if misguided) Christians and Muslims out there. The
problem is that they've been shoved aside, and for all practical purposes,
have become impotent. So the progressives have to deal with who's in charge.
And they are *not* 'good' people. They're truly evil people who will readily
use whatever devious, unscrupulous, and despicable means at their disposal
to advance their agenda. Remember: To these people nothing is 'dirty' or
'dishonest' when it come to promoting their particular brand of 'faith'. If
it's all being done for the glory of 'God', or 'Allah', it's okay.

It's not surprising given that reason has been shunned such religions since
science starting uncovering evidence that they're false. Inteligence
went next with fundamentalism and all that's left is who can shout the loudest.

leaves bloody footprints on the carpet, but never cleans them up. He
always wants to "head butt" while wearing that crown of thorns. He talks
about Mel Gibson like he knows him personally. He stands in the back of
the Catholic Church and keeps saying, "OUCH!! Hey, that's my body!!"
during communion.
Further submissions welcomed....
He never puts the cap back on the tube of toothpaste. He screwed my
sister.
He drinks out of the toilet bowl.
No, sorry, that's my dog, not Jesus.
LOL!
He rolls in deer *****, and thinks it makes him smell good. Oh, wait,
that's MY dog!
He rises from the dead, then goes out and eats people's brains. (That
last part isn't so widely circulated).

He leaves the milk out all night so it goes bad by morning.
He doesn't lift the toilet seat when he pees.
When he says he'll meet you at 5, he doesn't show up until close to 6.
He borrows your tools and doesn't return them.
He's nice to your face, but talks about you behind your back.
He'll be sitting right next to the phone, but doesn't answer it when it
rings.
He clips the coupons out of the newspaper before you get a chance to read
it.
He comes over and drinks your beer, but never buys any to replace it.
He leaves bloody footprints on the carpet, but never cleans them up.
He always wants to "head butt" while wearing that crown of thorns.
He talks about Mel Gibson like he knows him personally.
He stands in the back of the Catholic Church and keeps saying, "OUCH!!
Hey, that's my body!!" during communion.
He listens to Everclear and won't shut up abouat how his dad was an
*****.
He never gets the hint that maybe he should leave.
He's that guy who laughs way too loud at the movies.
He has to explain every joke. Even if you got it but just didn't think
it was funny.
He clips his toenails in the sink.
He does that "No you hang up first" *****.
He keeps trying to change the peanut butter into marshmallow creme but
it always comes out as Nutella and we have to throw it away.
He leaves wads of hair in the drain.
Worst get away driver ever.

He borrows your car and brings it back with no gas in it.
He promises that he'll talk to his "old man" about doing you a favor, but
never does.
He keeps turning your bottled spring water into cheap wine that tastes
like grape juice and vinegar.
Every time he shakes your hand, he gets blood all over it.
When they read the Gospels in church, he keeps muttering, "I never said
that..."

He watches late night movies about zombies rising from the dead, and keeps
saying, "I've done that."
He calls you to bail him out from the psych ward, after being picked up
for telling people that he's Jesus Christ.
If he's around when you pray, he makes a big deal out of saying, "What is
it THIS time???"

Repeat after me:
There is no scientifically-provable evidence that a "Jesus Christ" ever
existed. No contemporary historical record (including the "bible"), no
verifiable trace of this guy has ever been located, anywhere. At the
very BEST, the image of this fictive character as edited and polished
and handed down through various church kingdoms is a composite of many
religious nuts who might have existed at the time the Romans ruled the
Middle East.
No, we atheists don't waste energy hating fabulous, supernatural,
infantile notions of religious dogma. And only a truly IGNORANT FOOL
would characterize atheism as a religion.

You have a serious mental problem.
There are tons of objective verifable evidence to prove the American
Revolution.
There are thousands of books , newspapers and coorespondence detailing this
revolution.
In addition there are thousands of weapons still in existence from this
revolution.
There is NO - NADA objective verifiable evidence for the actual existence of
Jesus Christ.
All there is are hearsay and unsubstantiated claims.
One is based on fact and the other is based on fairy tales.

You keep telling that lie. It is still a lie. You are still
intentionally bearing false witness.

You could not build two PCs and network them from scratch. For all you

Well, maybe John could or could not - but I will state that I know that
I could (given the necessary materials & time) and that there are
thousands and thousands of people like me who have the knowledge and
skills to do so. Further, there are many times that number of folks
who are capable of acquiring that knowledge and applying it to that
problem. The really cool thing about science is that the results of
experimentation are reproduceable - hence technology is derivable and
replicable. No magic involved.
