Why the Israeli's are ***** scared of letting the Palestinians vote |
The reason why they call the West bank and Gaza Strip occupied territories
sometimes, and Israels land other times has to be examined.
You see the problem is, the Jews want the land but not the civilians who
live on it. The reason why this is so, Israeli minority can continue on with
it's fradulent "democracy" without giving these people a vote. No wonder
there is a uprising by the Israeli Arab population against a government
voted in by a extremist minority(the Zionazi jews)
It sort of reminds me of Iraq, and Saddam running the show with the support
of the minority Sunni's, while at the same time slaughtering the majority
Shiites. These civilians of Israel want a vote, and want a voice, but they
are being oppressed by a government voted in by a minority.
We should support this civilian uprising, something the Shiites tried to do
but failed. Hopefully these Palestinians will be successful.

I fulfilled the requirements, applied, was accepted and took the
oath. As did my late wife. Fairly straightforward.
Why did I become a citizen? I had permanent residence and did not
have to. However, I believe that anyone who expects to spend his or
her life here should become a citizen.
If I lived in Israel I would be an Israeli citizen.

accept immigrants and grant citizenship.
There is another rule for almost every other country. Try migrating
to Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Japan... Fujimoro paid a high price to
get Japanese citizenship, even though he was of pure Japanese
ancestry.
By comparison Israel has an open door policy. If you marry a lovely
Sabra you are entitled to permanent residence and eventual
citizenship. In almost all Asian countries you get zip.
Indonesia is a little bit open. If an Indonesian male marries a
foreigner she will be granted residence status. However, if an
Indonesian female marries a foreigner, he has no entitlement at all.
You really should study the various policies on immigration,
permanent residence and citizenship before making your
denunciations.

to hold elections every five years, and they last held an election in
1989. Arafat's term in office as President of the Palestinian
Authority ended in 2001 and there haven't been new elections called.
The Prime Minister is not elected, but appointed by the PA
legislature, which has also overstayed its term in office.

time, and was on the verge of looking it up. You have saved me a bit

Prior to the Intifada the Palestinians made their own decisions for their
own state without Israeli intereferenceexcept in military and policing
matters.
