Woman Jailed for Trying to Steal Baby from Womb |
Had the baby died, the woman could have claimed that she was just
disposing of a "glob of cells". I'm sure the ACLU would have taken
that case ( if asked, of course ).

A Pennsylvania woman was sentenced on Tuesday to up to 50 years in
prison for attempting to cut a fetus from the womb of her pregnant
neighbor.
Peggy Jo Conner, 40, pleaded guilty in February to attempted criminal
homicide, kidnapping and aggravated assault on an unborn child. She
was sentenced on Tuesday to 22 to 50 years in prison at a hearing in
Armstrong County Court in western Pennsylvania.
Both mother and child survived the attack and the baby was put up for
adoption, as the mother had intended.
Conner attacked Valerie Lyn Oskin on Oct. 12, 2005, with a baseball
bat and then drove her to a secluded spot where she cut Oskin's
abdomen with a razor knife in an attempt to remove the 8-1/2-month-old
fetus, a court document said.
Conner and Oskin were discovered by a boy on an all-terrain vehicle,
who raised the alarm.
When police reached the crime scene, they found Oskin with head
injuries "from apparent blunt force and a laceration across her lower
abdomen," according to a police affidavit. There was also evidence of
a "vagina intrusion."
Oskin was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital where she had an emergency C-
section to deliver her baby.

But, she was treating the woman just like you treat women: As a
walking womb to be used for whatever purpose you like.

Young, you are a complete and utter idiot to think the ACLU would
be willing to defend someone against a charge of attempted homicide
and kidnapping when there was no violation of due process or other
procedures designed to reduce the chance of convicting the wrong
person.
It may surprise you, but most people kind of object to some random
person taking it upon his or her self to drag you off to some isolated
spot to slice your abdomen with a razor. Or is it that you don't
really read the stuff you cut and paste?

Why are you ignoring the heinous attack on the woman? It is almost as
if you believe that the woman who was viciously assaulted was merely a
bystander or a container against whom no crime was committed.

Because, to Jon, a woman is hardly more than a "glob of cells", Liz.

The ACLU specializes in civil law, IBen, not criminal. Their business
is defending Constitutional rights, in particular First Amendment
rights. They'd even defend a lying scumbag like you if you asked them.
And if you actually had a case.
Gotta hand it to you, IBen. You are without doubt the dumbest son of a
***** I've ever encountered, bar none.

I'd like to introduce you to Earl Webber (Duke) and John D. Wentzky.

Not to mention the possibility of a violation of Amendment VIII.

Oh, I know they're probably both dumber than Jon (but probably not by
much), but it's fun to poke him. He's so cute when he whines. <G>

The deliberate confusion between "protecting democracy" and "support
crime" speaks volumes about your pathetic need for attention.
Do you seriously think you're fooling anyone with that nonsense?
What's your point exactly with these daily postings, J Young?
Don't ***** us with that "offering another perspective"... if that
were the case, once in a while -just because of the law of average-
you'd be on the "right" side of an issue. That fact that you've
systematically been repeating the same nonsense for years only proves
what a sad life you're having. The moment of the day when you send
your postings is also quite revealing.
What a pathetic useless life you're having, J Young...
