In fact, Dooky, try this one for size:
http://www.armytimes.com/story.php?f=1-292259-1989240.php
"...the White House griped that various pay-and-benefits incentives added
to the 2004 defense budget by Congress are wasteful and unnecessary--
including a modest proposal to double the $6,000 gratuity paid to families
of troops who die on active duty."
"Similarly, the administration announced that on Oct. 1 it wants to roll
back recent modest increases in monthly imminent-danger pay (from $225 to
$150) and family-separation allowance (from $250 to $100) for troops
getting shot at in combat zones."
(I want to watch you call the Army Times a "'rat" publication.)
Or how about that billion dollar deficit in health care benefits for the
troops?
"According to the Associated Press, Republicans said they resisted
Democrats' earlier efforts to boost spending for veterans' health programs
because VA officials assured them they did not need the money. As Sen.
Rick Santorum, R-Pa., said, 'We got bad information.'"
http://www.military.com/NewsContent/0,13319,FL_vets_063005,00.html
Know who was giving out that "bad information?" The Bush administration.
Know who voted against boosting funding for the VA? The Republicans.

Wrong. Kerry voted against a version of the bill that included unaccounted
billions to corporations. Bush's buddies wanted to raid the treasury,
diverting money *away from the troops.
The White House has opposed raises for the troops and has tried to make
cuts to troop benefits. This is historical fact. No amount of your insane

Bush wanted funds that could be allocated quickly to meet situational
demands without having to go through long-winded Congressional
committees. You can thank Kerry for the early "body armor" shortages and
the lack of tourniquets in med kits.

Well, dimwit, you thereby know that he was the only one running for President

But, the 'rat party is full of nitwits now - "We're going to" dean, bababox,

I'm 62 years old, yang. I'm too old. When will you as a high school dropout?
You're a 63 years-olf biological failure from Baton Rouge. You pussied
out of Vietnam when atheists like Douglass Berry put on a uniform. And
you're still a pussty now, and in 10 years, you'll be a dead *****.
And a loser to boot
I served my country when I was young. Why won't you? Why don't you join the
marines and become a man? Oh, never mind - we know why.

He can't, and he won't. He's afraid of death. Funny how not even the "I
believe in afterlife" thing doesn't even solve the problem.

Until they get to you because you are definitely not the "God and Country" type,
yang. You are a high school dropout wannabe that puts socks in his pants to
look like a man. Do something different. Join the marines and become a real
man.

Of course I can't, but that's over high school dropout yang's un-collective
mind.
As far as your second comment, remember that God put us here to live, not to
die. We will eventually when he says it's time, but until then, we are called
to live life. You and I will both go when he calls us. Are you ready? You go
when God's ready for you - you do know that, don't you, vs, and then you stand
before him to answer for how you spent your life.
