Bah. I saw it. I was grossed out, revolted, and horrified that
anyone could see anything "redeeming" in watching the brutalization of a
human body. It's a snuff film, pure and simple. If you enjoyed it, you
may as well wank to _Faces of Death_.
What makes that depiction any more meaningful than the horrors
depicted in an Amnesty International document on torture?
All this movie does for me is confirm, in the most grotesque
manner possible, that there is a whole host of Christians out there who
are bona-fide psychotic sadomasochists. They must be to go more than
once.

The problem here is that there's actually no such thing as a devil
or an angel of death which is responsible for people dying. People
die for all kinds of different reasons, not because of some evil curse
or devil character, or because some invisible god decides to "take
them home."
