A soldier's got to shoot
shipping, spare parts, etc.
A soldier's parts break from time to time
- that would not be part of a peace time expenditure.
Peace or war, the soldier soldiers on.
IOW, soldiers are paid to kill themselves while killing someone else, hence
the USA/UK's Neocon plan for a never ending war which is the only industry
the USA has to sell.
