Object: Zombies and Ghouls
Undead, that walk the night, seeking whom they may devour...
Sounds silly, but that is what you are talking about if you say
that human beings are only their bodies, and nothing beyond that,
such as a soul and a spirit.
Answer this question: when you die, and there comes to be
a corpse where you used to be...
....is that corpse you?
If it is, then you are saying you will some day be a zombie, and
can still experience the world, terrorizing it...

Nowhere....we are not immortal. Neither is bacteria.

Nope. I'm saying that someday I will be dead, gone, complete
non-existance.

Well, you are the physical matter after you die, so the carcass must still
be alive. You must be a zombie.

The "you" that you keep refering to will no longer exist.
The corpse will just be rotting steak.
"Souls" are just a misconception invented by confused

Animals are not aware of thier own mortality, they don't

You're feeble attempts at playing symantic word games

The "you" that you keep refering to will no longer exist.

The news media just reported in the media that Anna Nicole Smith was finally
laid to rest in the Bahamas.
It is therefore commonly thought that the remains of a person are the
person.
Do you differ from this? Why is it so hard to get a simple yes or no
answer?
Is it because it will force you to admit that we are not our material
components?

The corpse will just be rotting steak.
"Souls" are just a misconception invented by confused
self aware life. So are all religions for that matter.
Animals are not aware of thier own mortality, they don't
know that someday they will die and no longer exist.

If animals are not aware of their mortality, why do stray cats tend to run
from you when you try to pet them?
I say cats are aware of both their mortality and their immortality.
They show their awareness of their immortality when they go to
such lengths to preserve and care for their offspring.

You are clearly demonstrating similar qualities.
You're feeble attempts at playing symantic word games
proves nothing.
Zombies and Ghouls are a matter of manmade fiction, just
like your ancient myth stories about an invisible friend in
the sky.
Please provide proof of your assertions.
What if you were sentenced to the needle without any proof
what so ever? Only becuase he 'believed' that you're guilty.

I'd have mixed feelings. I'd be relieved that my suffering would soon be
over, and yet, I would be melancholy that I would no longer be able to
improve my condition in the days that could have come.

OK....Let me ask you.....If you thought your god was asking you
to blow yourself up along with other people, would you do it?

That is like asking if a porpoise could fly to Mars on a whim.
It just doesn't make any sense, because God would never ask that.

Being so convinced and all.
So if all virii have "tiny little souls", where do they "go".

Virii don't have tiny little souls...they have tiny little spirits.
And when the virii die, their spirit just returns from whence it came:
to the total spirit of the world in which they reside. IOW, they return to
the whole. That is what happens to all animals and plants, unless they are
loved.
Your heaven?

So would your angels catch the sniffles?

No, because there is no harmful bacteria in their world.

What is your level of education?

3 years of college, with about a 3.5 grade point average.
The subjects I did best with were physics and public speaking.

Clearly you're mad. Dead people stay dead. Dead people don't move or
become zombies - get use to the idea that when you die your body will be
burned or buried and eaten by worms or flames and you won't know a thing

Undead, that walk the night, seeking whom they may devour...

Sounds silly, but that is what you are talking about if you say
that human beings are only their bodies, and nothing beyond that,
such as a soul and a spirit.

Answer this question: when you die, and there comes to be
a corpse where you used to be...

...is that corpse you?

If it is, then you are saying you will some day be a zombie, and
can still experience the world, terrorizing it...

Clearly you're mad. Dead people stay dead. Dead people don't move or
become zombies - get use to the idea that when you die your body will be
burned or buried and eaten by worms or flames and you won't know a thing
about it.

The one that is mad is the one that thinks he is only his physical matter.
That would make him be his physical matter after he dies.
That would make him a zombie.
Zombies are madness?
It is the atheist's religion of being his physical matter and only that
after death, not mine.

Prove that we're anything else.
BTW, don't lie. Atheists don't have a religion.

It's a Christian. What do you expect?

Actually, I'm not sure what Mark is.
