Sure is interesting that this "exegesis" Randy touts has produced
so many contradictory doctrine!
And yet you haven't provided even one that contradicts

confessed to having committed rape, when you actually
snipped what I said, to make it appear that I said the
exact opposite of what I actually said. So I don't think
that you should be telling anyone about "tactics" and
whose are good and whose are evil! (:
When Randy uses the word "exegesis" you know he has no truth
or fact to support his lies.
What I notice, is that everything that refutes your position,
which is not supported by Scripture, nor commentaries,
nor any exegesis, somehow became evil tools of the Devil,
when they were shown to you.
But how do we know that it is really your motive that is evil?
Quite simple, really. Your response to each step.
You saw a proper exegesis. When you couldn't refute it,
nor even provide one, all of the sudden "exegesis is bad".
You couldn't provide any commentaries that supported
your view. All of the sudden, commentaries became
useless.
Now, when you see that you are forced to confess to
yourself that Paul is saying what we said all along and
commentaries agree with, you claim that Paul's words
were just his opinion and not only there, but throughout
his writings, thereby saying Paul's writings are useless
for determining proper doctrine (which of course means
that all of your end times preaching was in vain, since
at some point, you always referred back to Paul's
writings for support).
Of course, following this through logically, this means
that we can't trust Scripture and so, according to you,
Scripture has become bad. I guess we should just
replace Scripture with your writings now? Oh but wait,
that's right, you kept referring to Paul's writings for
support, which means we shouldn't trust you either
and so, you just refuted your own posts!
Yes, it is amazing how everything becomes bad immediately,
when it refutes *YOU*. (:
What will be next Glenn? Will usenet become evil,
if you can't block the truth from getting through
and because you just refuted yourself?

Do not judge and you will not be judged.
I am not going to read all of these headline posts you have some near 20 or
more in a row.
But if you go about being too rigid as religious people do, they make harsh
judgements.
The fact is two people can be correct and think the other is opposing their
idea because they disagree on a matter.
As Dr Phil says, its never about the leaving the cap off the toothpaste.
It's the deeper issues which are not resolved and keep coming up.
So when something else is being talked about, the other comes up and
sidetracks, and all goes to crap and neither of them gets resolved. The
reason is, because they do not know how to resolve it without being
triggered. For to learn how to do so is a new skill, based on knowledge and
God's ways in a practical manner with understanding, instead of a religious
dogmatic teaching which is not understood properly.
Too many are sidetracked into issues they will not resolve, wasting their
time with knowledge instead of seeking practical understanding. One needs to
have lived and pondered for some time in order to see the practical sides of
Jesus teachings.
Jesus teachings were to make peace. Not to cause troubles.
He warned, if you criticise you will be criticised, if you judge you will be
judged.
Dave I have nothing against you personally.
It would seem however that you are caught up in many things which waste your
time and are not productive.
You do not need to justify yourself, nor should anyone else. God weighs
hearts.
If you get all critical can calling people heretics and the like, and also I
address OWD and others here too, then you will as Paul says CONSUME one
another by your constant bickering.
Jesus ways are peace. The old wine cannot be put into new wineskins.
Religion is the old wine. Jesus ways are to overcome religion with truth and
set you free when you understand what he meant when he said it. This is best
done by living life and pondering. It is also best done by considering other
points of view. For indeed it is the word of our testimony with which we
overcome. And if it is not understood, then it is just coincidence that
things havent gone to crap yet, but the harvest is coming. We need to
understand what we are sowing for the harvest. Every thought, every word,
every deed. Sometimes it's best to stop self from doing things when it's
only motive is reaction. For reaction seems to justify everything from self
righteousness through to revenge. Sometimes it is better to simply accept
that another wronged you by not knowing what they are doing as those which
crucified Christ.
If our motivations are because we are reacting, then we will be not sowing
as we should be, and will cause the NOT turning of the other cheek to keep
more chain reactions happening.
Blessed are the peacemakers they shall be called the sons of God.
Jesus ways are everyone wins. The old win ways are one winner, and everybody
else is wrong and a loser.
The whole idea of of many of Jesus teachings about sin, was to say, stop
judging, for you are doing the same thing but are blind to it. When you lust
you commit adultery. When you call your brother a fool, are you cursing him
to think less of himself and causing him to doubt his God given abilities.
We are here to learn. And until we do, its gona be the same old crap in a
different package.
