Well actually she can! Did you not know that if Vera
deleted a particular newgroup from her reader, that it
would disappear across the whole usenet Cosmos! The
rest of us would be sitting out here in the dark,
wondering what happened.
However that is not the best trick Vera has available!
Wait until she actually turns off her computer. Then
it will really get dark out here! This would probably
fulfill some prophesy of Isaiah at least!
Maybe if we could get her to leave her printer on, we
could type a message out to her to please come back and
at least turn on the lights.
