In the past two decades approximately the understanding of the Bible
increased immensely and it is not enough to just set forth a date for
the end of the world and wait
if the end comes , There must be important requirements met in order a
person could
predict the end of the world.
1 . A person must be a true christian - it must be a man and who
claims and proves from
the Bible he is one of God's 144000 servants.
To be considered a true christians there must be next impotant
requirements met !
So reqirement after reqirement ! This is so to prove God is a God of
order and to prevent unwanted predictions.
2. A person must be a Bible Student and have a body of reasonable
biblically-based
doctrines
If you claim to believe in God is not enough to make predictions.
If you believe in the Trinity as more than 99% of all the christians
do , you are
disqualified not only from making the predictions but your religion is
God doesn't accept !
3. Since the Bible was completed God has not been giving any further
revelations,
messages and miracles He used to confirm His messages . So
we rely on studies of the Bible doing our best to understand it in
the light of the whole
Bible.- Isaiah 28.9-10 is a golden rule for studying the Bible.
4 .Since it so , God is not in direct contact with us , there must be
some other way
which must be very reasonable to use to get to know the Bible applies
to our times .
The words can be applied to those ancient christians for sure but how
can we know
the words apply to our times ?
The wars and plagues were constantly present in the world and how can
we know
that such and such war is a sign of the coming Messiah ?
How can we know that this solar eclipse can be counted as a sign of
the coming end ?
There scores , if not hundreds ,of solar and lunar eclipses in the
last 2000 years or so !
Yes, the answer lies in the biblical calculations - calculations
strictly linked with numbers
that are found in the Bible.
Since the Bible is God's Word - God's words - the numbers must be
considered the words
that must be also understood or interpreted or explained !
To add up to that , the numbers were written in words ! Yes , in the
Hebrew the numbers
were expressed in words ( letters ) !

Yahshua made me their servant.

It seems to me all in all we have a clear picture now that is a copy
of what has happened in the times when Jesus lived as per Luke 9.49-50
There was Christ and one group of belivers and beside
there was one individual also a disciple of Christ.
The group opposed that individual while that individual was not
against that group as Jesus said :
he who is not against us is with us
Since we have a repetition of those ancient times today we look for
the same pattern that Bible allows and justifies :
One true christian group that doesn't agree with one
singled-out person who in turn is not against them and has similar
views . Both sides are concerned with the end times.
The christians back then were called a sect or a cult- Acts 28.22
So , we must look for the same pattern of behavior
Today the nominal mainstream christian churches reject
Christ and they are like an apostate Jewish nation and that cult or
sect is among them to see !
Jehovah's Witnessses fit the description ideally - they are viewed as
a cult or sect worlwide in the christendom and it cannot be denied they
must be true christians then !
This example solidifies the idea we might be near the end or that we
are in the end times like first christians were living.

If you know of any one who is predicting the end of the world soon with
a specific date let me know .
I think I know that catholics predict the end may come any time any
hour - which is a twisted form of predicting
I am talking about predictions that are of a narrowed nature -
narrowed in time and this should be done with the knowledge of the
Bible.
A specified time given implies that the end will not come on such and
such day but it will come or may come on a specified date .
Example :
Harold Camping of the Family Radio,Inc in the US is predicting the
yeatr 2011 AD.
The prediction is based on calculations which is a good thing .
He left the nominal christian church and teaches others to leave the
churches which is another good point but not completely !
He is against Jehovah's Witnesses and teaches that people also must
leave their organization which is a negative point by me !
But while he left the church he is still holding to the old
discredited tenets of the nominal christian churches:
God is the Trnity,
Jesus is God literally.
Hell is literally hot
Sabbath is on Sunday
All wrong doctrines !
So ,in my view his prediction is not acceptable even if the date
proves to be accurate !
I have the same date 2011 AD and reject all the above false
doctrines.
Jehovah's Witnesses don't predict
the year 2011 AD but since they are in the truth they can be
considered
to be watching for the end anyway ! They speak about our days as the
end times.
