I need more specifics. If you're asking to use photos you have taken here
for commercial advertising, the answer is generally no, unless you had
worked out a usage contract beforehand.
And my reply.
"Thanks I will present this information to the person who has put such
photo's on his web site and posted the information in various usegroups. He
does this to attract people to his web site where he sell a variety of phone
services and a book he wrote."
I suspect they will not bother with Jason because he is small fry, so Jason
will just have to rely on his co..., um, never mind.

Yeah but look out, because you'll see some awesome ads for phone

I'm sure the "good christian" is busy composing his response.
Something about "he doesn't technically think he's doing anything
wrong." Kind of like his San Diego Zoo pictures that say right on
their site that what he was doing was illegal.One would think that a
"good christian" would want to set a good example for his flock and
keep his activities above reproach. I guess we know what category that
puts the good "doctor" in.
Two more mottos for Jason "It's only illegal if you get caught. It's
only a sin if you can't find a loophole in the bible."
