A Matter Of Trust |
People put their trust in different things.
Some are trusting in science that
lacks knowledge of spiritual things.
Many are trusting in themselves
to save themselves.
But the only trust that will save anyone
is trust in the Lord Jesus Christ
to give you the free gift of eternal life.
Be saved by faith in Jesus Christ,
and then by love keep his commands.
Repent, obey, submit, surrender,
be committed, go to the church,
be baptized, take the sacrament,
serve, give, do many good works,
all out love for God.

Then the loving, caring christian God said, "Take your son, your only son,
Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. MURDER him there as a
burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."

Could you give me a reference from the Gospels about people having to
be baptized?
