| I'm assembling a core team of editors for a planned grunge lit journal.
| It will be a digital PDF publication, a not-for-profit open-access
| internet one aimed to foster a creative community over the long term.
| While it is my intention that it be fun and entertaining for sure, I
| also have some hope that it would be of worthwhile literary and
| artistic merit. I also plan for it to have a diverse and somewhat wide
| appeal.

| I would like to invite an easy to get along with individual who has an
| interest in digital prepress processes to be in charge of what happens
| after the material is finally selected by the editorial team up to
| posting it as a PDF file on the journal's site. I could perhaps do that
| myself, but it is my preference that someone who has more experience in
| that aspect and could get more of out it does so (whatever that may be
| is up to the individual, perhaps an example could be a citing on a
| cv/resume for someone who's in the publishing industry, personal
| development, social networking, fun, whatever, that's up to you). As a
| core team member you'd be encouraged to form your own team of people
| you work with on the aspect you're in charge of and focus more on
| organizing them rather than doing the work yourself. Qualities of
| lenient leadership are assumed. If, on the other hand, you think you
| can do the whole work yourself and don't need no-stinkin' team, well,
| perhaps, but we'd need to discuss it first. An alternative that comes
| to mind is that you could also invite other people over time to be in
| charge of individual issues, well, it would be up to you, assuming we
| like and trust you of course.

| It is my preference for sure that the look of the journal, and the work
| involved as well in editing and producing it, be minimalist and
| elegant. Nonetheless, assuming that you're eventually invited to take
| it on, that would be up to you and the team you form.
