Rv:13: 1: And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a BEAST rise up
out of the sea, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS, and upon his horns ten
crowns, and upon his heads the NAME OF BLASPHEMY.
Rv:17:3: So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I
saw a woman sit upon a SCARLET COLOURED BEAST, full of names of
blasphemy, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS.
From what we all just read, we know that the Beast is red and has Seven
Heads and Ten Horns. Guess what, the Great Dragon is red and also has
Seven Heads and Ten Horns!
Rv:12:3: And there appeared another wonder IN HEAVEN; and behold a great
RED dragon, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS, and seven crowns upon his
heads.
Rv:12: 9: And the GREAT DRAGON was cast out, that OLD SERPENT, called
the DEVIL, and SATAN, which DECEIVETH THE WHOLE WORLD: he was cast out
into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Revelation 12:9 clearly shows that the Dragon is Satan, yet some
readers may still doubt that in fact the Character depicted as
the first Beast by Saint John is actually the Dragon. Anyway for
the sceptics there are still couple other verses that can help
them clearly identify who is the first Beast of Revelation.
Rv:20:1: And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of THE
BOTTOMLESS PIT and a great chain in his hand.
2: And he laid hold on the DRAGON, that OLD SERPENT, which is the DEVIL,
and SATAN, and bound him a thousand years,
3: And CAST HIM INTO THE BOTTOMLESS PIT, and shut him up, and set a seal
upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand
years should be fulfilled: and after that HE MUST BE LOOSED a little
season.
You remember in Rev 13:1, the first verse you read right at the top
of this post, Saint John saw a beast rising up. It is also revealed
by other verses of the book of Revelation that the beast shall ascend
out of the Bottomless Pit:
Rv:20:7: And when the thousand years are expired, SATAN SHALL BE LOOSED
OUT of his prison,
8: And SHALL GO OUT TO DECEIVE the nations which are in the four
quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle:
the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Rv:17:8: The beast that thou sawest WAS, and IS NOT; and shall ASCEND
OUT of the BOTTOMLESS PIT, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on
the earth SHALL WONDER, whose names were not written in the book of life
from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that WAS,
and IS NOT, and YET IS.
In one of the above verses, specifically in Rv 20:3 you have read that
the Dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil and Satan, was cast into
the Bottomless Pit. In the verse Rev 17:8 pasted just above this
paragraph, you read that the "Beast" shall ascend out of the Bottomless
Pit. It is logical that the only Beast in the Book of Revelation that can
actually ascend out of the Bottomless Pit, is the Dragon who is Satan and
who in the first place was cast in there.
This message is written so you do not wonder at the False Signs
of the Woman of Apostasy sitting on the red Beast. The false anointed
ones and false Prophets are showing great Wonders, do not be deceived
and do not follow them into the worship of unclean spirits.
Rv:9:11: And they had a king over them, which is the ANGEL OF THE
BOTTOMLESS PIT, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the
Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
