Nope. This judge did not write a shred of legislation. That's the
responsibility of Congress. The judge simply did what she is responsible
for doing, deciding the legality of laws that congress passes. You
are clearly blaming the messenger for the message, when you should be
blaming congress for writing a bad law that cannot pass judicial
scruteny. When Bush's partial birth abortion ban reaches the Supreme
Court, it will be thrown out too. Even with a majority of the Supreme
Court justices being Republican appointees, you pro-liars will still
accuse the court of being left-wing biased. The reality is that the
courts are constitutionally-biased; or at least that's the way they are
supposed to be.
You should read the Constitution sometime and learn why we have separate
branches of government. This issue is simply a prime example of what our
forefathers intended; to prevent one branch of government from running
roughshod over the people, such as Bush denying the right of women
to determine the course of their pregnancies.

Why is it when Judges rule in favor of the religious right the R.R. celibrates
(ie: selecting Bush as the winner) yet when Judges rule against the R.R. they
claim the 'liberal' judges are "legislating from the bench"?
Why don't you READ the decision before Ranting? If you're really FOR this
legislation being made into law, why don't you USE the process and simply
modify the original law? Just look at what the judge said about no exceptions
for the health of the mother and fix your damn law so it will pass
CONSTITUTIONAL Muster?
