As of October 8, 2006, all States of Europe, save Malta and Albania, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are subject to the Constitution of the Kingdom of God. |
We, Japhetic Nations, the White Race of the Christian Faith,
reinforcing the Division of Humanity by the Sons of Noah and preventing
the wars without and terror within our States, which we recognize as
the Kingdom of God, wherein we are the only Citizens, Love for God and
the Neighbor is the only Law, and Ministers who let us enter such a
Kingdom are the only Government, restitute the following Constitution.
1. All States of Europe, save Malta and Albania, North America, save
Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand shall enjoy Territorial, Racial,
Religious, and Political Immunity as the Kingdom of God.
2. All Japhetic Nationals shall enjoy Immunity of Person and Property
as Citizens of the Kingdom of God or Holy Nationals. Immunity of Person
shall include freedom from any taxes, interests on loans, rewards for
justice, conscription, arrest, detention, imprisonment, execution, and
of movement, residence, employment, business, and possession. Property
of the Holy Nationals older than twenty years shall include equal
irredeemable Shares in National Natural Resources and Monopolies.
Monopolies shall include justice, finance, insurance, education,
healthcare, utilities, infrastructure, and such others as such
Nationals may establish by Public Referendum.
3. All Powers shall be limited in function and funds to Administration
of Immunity vested in Prime, National, and Local Ministers chosen
directly for seven years. Justice shall be in Restitution of Immunity
by Public Trials and Forces. Trials shall start within seven and finish
within forty days. Ministers may revoke Immunity of Property for, and
within, Restitution, and Immunity of Person for, and within, Trials,
and of the convicted murderer. In Trials affecting Ministers or wherein
a State or Kingdom shall be Party, the Prime Minister shall have
original Jurisdiction and in other Trials he shall have appellate
Jurisdiction. Trials of Ministers shall be by Referendum. Ministers who
shall fail, or fail to call for, Referendum shall be removed from
Offices. Public Forces shall include Armed Forces, Police, and Militia
Chief Commander thereof shall be the Prime Minister.
4. All Citizens older than forty years shall be eligible to Offices of
Ministers. The Instrument of the Citizenship shall be Holy Immunity
Number given by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of God.
5. All other Powers within the States of the Kingdom of God shall be
deemed as the Violent who take it by force or National Terrorists. The
Prime Minister may open His Office in such States as a Holy Embassy and
may act as a Holy Ambassador thereto and appoint Consuls as Ministers
till such States are Immune. No Article of the Vienna Convention which
may prevent such Acts shall apply. No Nationals of such States being
also Holy Nationals shall stop enjoying Immunity.
6. All forms of Discrimination against Christians, including Judaism
and Islam, amongst Christians, including Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and
Protestantism, and amongst Citizens shall be prohibited.
7. All public debts, national accounts, statutes, and treaties of the
States shall be subject to Trials.
8. All public borrowings or arbitrary emissions of money, physical or
electronic, shall be prohibited.
9. All assets obtained through Violations of Immunity shall be subject
to full Restitution regardless.
10. All States shall be subject to this Constitution as Prime Law of
the Kingdom of God regardless.
11. All rights of Hamito-Semitic Nationals to be Citizens of, or reside
or seek refuge in, or control Resources or Monopolies, or intervene in
the Public Affairs of Japhetic States shall be forfeited.
12. All rights of any State or person to engage in any activity or to
perform any act aimed at the destruction of this freedom of Japhetic
People to Manifest Christianity through this Constitution as the
exercise of the Human Rights and the Charter of the United Nations and
of measures against Criminality as the only alternative thereto in
multiple Pharisaic clothes shall be forfeited.
