Most people believe a story rendition of the life and death of Jesus. Not
many believe in the honest attempt to teach people to live, love and forgive.
The word perish speaks of a spiritual dying.
Attempts to discredit the beauty of forgiveness stops a person *dead* in
their tracks. That kind of death is what the bible teaches. Die a little each
day is a dawning of realization that you cannot have it both ways.

One should never measure God by the actions of men.
Isn't that a little backwards? Shouldn't you be
measuring the actions of men by the word of God?
Why did you expect men to be perfect?
And don't you know that many will claim to be
Christians and are not?
Haven't you read in the NT, where many false teachers
were in the church and would be in the church?
What types of actions in their lives are you talking
about?

"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe

That's what PAUL said....
BUT JESUS SAID .................
Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God (GOD NOT THE MESSIAH) with all your
heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the FIRST and
GREATEST COMMANDMENT. And the SECOND is like it: 'Love your neighbor as
yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these TWO COMMANDMENTS."
Matthew 22:37-40
One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing
that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the
COMMANDMENTS, which is the MOST IMPORTANT?" "The MOST IMPORTANT ONE,"
answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God (GOD NOT THE
MESSIAH) the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God (GOD NOT THE MESSIAH) with
all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all
your strength.' (Mark12:28-30)
And behold, a lawyer stood up to put him to the test, saying,
"Teacher, WHAT SHALL I DO TO INHERIT ETERNAL LIFE?"
He said to him, "What is written in the law? How do you read?" And he
answered, "You shall love the Lord your God (GOD NOT THE MESSIAH) with all
your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all
your mind; and your neighbor as yourself." And he said to him, "You have
answered right; DO THIS AND YOU WILL LIVE." (Luke 10:25-28)
These are repeated THREE TIMES. They are in each of the synoptic
gospels. The commandments do not mention anything about the finite
human Jesus of Nazareth, The Messiah ...or about being born again.

Phi 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in
heaven,

Phi 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is
Lord, to the
glory of God the Father.

Proverbs 13:5 - "a righteous man hateth lying."
Proverbs 12:22 - "Lying lips are an abomination unto the Lord."
1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of
God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
So, you think your gods don't want you to read their word then? Or is it
demons that can't deal with the KJV? In your case, no bets either way.

The Hadith Qudsi 6
The first of people against whom judgment will be pronounced on the Day of
Resurrection will be a man who died a martyr. He will be brought and Allah
will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them.
The Almighty will say: And what did you do about them? He will say: I
fought for you until I died a martyr. He will say: You have lied - you did
but fight that it might be said [of you]: He is courageous. And so it was
said.
Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast
into Hell-fire.

in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be
saved."
.
-- Romans 10:9

Would you mind terribly:

No, Would you mind quit trying to get your way?

1. posting in a modern translation

Why, I prefer the JPS & KJV. But feel free to use one of the 110+ versions
if your reading skills are not up to the task.

2. at LEAST marking at the TOP of your post that it's King James?

Why should anyone bow to your whims?

#1 It's not a "whim."

But it is, if you want to ***** at or about someone, KJV text will not stop
you.
Not to mention that you are no more worthy of consideration than anyone
else. & yes jw, that includes me. Just thought I would save you the time &
effort of pretending I think otherwise.

#2 Have you ever heard "do unto others?"

Matter of fact I have, & as rules of thumbs go, its not bad. The problem
with it is those that use it to try & get their way.
Say, people like you?

apparently not.

Just another error on your part.

no surprise.

Indeed, no one expects more from you.

jw

I'd appreciate it, and since you so love to quote the Bible, try
applying 1 Cor 13, and helping a "weaker brother."

Proverbs 13:5 - "a righteous man hateth lying."
Proverbs 12:22 - "Lying lips are an abomination unto the Lord."

The post also wasn't aimed at you.

I do not concern me with here your lies & whining is aimed at, just as you
don't.
Nor do i consider you in any position to even attempt to tell me what to
read or respond to.
After all, you made the demand I pay attention to you, & now, as to be
expected, you don't like it.

jw

snipped hate

Apparently not, you still posted.
walksalone who wonders does jw really think[?] that he is fooling anyone
with his *new* woe is me phrase?

The Hadith Qudsi 6
The first of people against whom judgment will be pronounced on the Day of
Resurrection will be a man who died a martyr. He will be brought and Allah
will make known to him His favours and he will recognize them.
The Almighty will say: And what did you do about them? He will say: I
fought for you until I died a martyr. He will say: You have lied - you did
but fight that it might be said [of you]: He is courageous. And so it was
said.
Then he will be ordered to be dragged along on his face until he is cast
into Hell-fire.

#1 It's not a "whim."

But it is, if you want to ***** at or about someone, KJV text will not stop

Since you do not even CLAIM to be Christian, demoniac, what do you
care?
And if you detest my posts so much, you must be the world's biggest
mashochist, besides your boyfriend Phar, to continue to read the
"rants" of a Christian.

Not to mention that you are no more worthy of consideration than anyone
else.

I think Jesus would disagree. In fact, I know He would. His opinion
matters; yours does not.
& yes jw, that includes me. Just thought I would save you the time &

effort of pretending I think otherwise.

You pretend
#1 that you think
#2 that I might care what you think.

#2 Have you ever heard "do unto others?"

Matter of fact I have, & as rules of thumbs go, its not bad. The problem
with it is those that use it to try & get their way.

I don't see any escape clause in the words, "Do unto others as you
would have them do unto you (if they're nice to you; if the're not,
screw 'em!)
jw
snipped the demonic chatter and hate.

If the Christians on this line had the concern and guts to deal with you
as they should - in accordance with their Christian responsibilities there
would be no need for ANYONE ever to read your posts or respond
You need help and they should get it for you
End of problem
Sometimes even a lapsed christian will stand up to a bully in Jesus name

Allow me.
His kingdom did come shortly thereafter.
Satan was cast out, defeated by Christ. By "the blood of the lamb
Satan was cast out".Christ was given a Crown to represent His Kingdom
come, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The same were standing there as
Jesus ascended into Heaven, into His kingdom.
Into Glory at the right hand of the Father. They seen Him coming in
His kingdom. His kingdom is not of this world.

Nice try.
Jesus told all about what was supposed to happen but didn't:
Mat 24:29-34 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall
the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the
stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be
shaken:
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and
then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the
Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and
they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end
of heaven to the other.
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet
tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh:
So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it
is near, [even] at the doors.
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all
these things be fulfilled."
(Also notice the two cosmological errors Jesus makes in this passage!
1. The moon does not "give her light" at all. It has no light to
give. It is a cold body that merely reflects the sun's light.
2. The stars cannot fall from heaven. Jesus believed the Earth was
flat and the stars were like "burning figs" that were hung from the
rigid skydome.)
