Can anyone help me.... just a little? |
My wife and I bought a cabin in the mountains of WV three years ago
and a country store located 8 miles from the cabin, last year. The
store has been closed for the past few years. We sold our house in
anticipation of moving to our cabin this past August and open the
store for enough income to live on. Unfortunately, we have since found
out that my child support payments will not decrease even though the
amount of money that I will be bringing in will drastically decrease.
I am currently paying $620 a month of chid support for one child. She
will be 18 in two years, at which time child support will cease.
Because of this, we are not able to make the move or open the store.
We will have to wait until the child support stops. In the meantime, I
have to pay rent of $700 a month, since I sold my house. The child
support reasoning is, because I am CAPABLE of making a certain salary,
I am forced to pay child support on that amount. My take on it, if I
had custody of the child, I would have made the move and opened the
store anyway. Why should I be denied my dream because of this. The
child's Mother does not use the money for the child, only a very small
fraction of it. The reason that I am writing this is in hopes of some
kind soles out there that can help me in this situation. If I can get
enough money saved so that I can pay the child support form this saved
pool of money, I can fulfill my dream. I am getting older and my
health is getting worse. All of this has very much depressed me and I
can feel the toll that it is taking on my mental and physical health.
I am afraid that if I wait too much longer, my health may prevent me
from fulfilling my dream. If anyone can help by sending a few dollars

So you divorced your wife and are living in an adulterous relationship
with another woman and you don't want to work to pay your bills so you
think that Christians should send you money?

Pretty simple really. If such a complex question as hate and suffering gets
a cheesy one liner like, the Bible says that it was people who thought they
knew better than God who caused all the hate and suffering, then it should
be pretty cut and dry that if the Bible says give to him who asks of you,
and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you, then the one
liners suddenly become much more complex.

I see that you have a "pay pal" donation link. I have seen a lot of 'donation"
sites online. But they usually have some sort of web page as well. I see why
you posted here because of the bible newsgroups.
I read about one guy that had such a site asking for donations and he got
around $20,000. Now he was receiving some kind of government support and they
wanted their money back - to make a long story short he didn't have to pay them
because the money he was getting was donations and not earned income. He
received many visitors to his page and that's what you're going to have to do.
