D. James Kennedy's **Bigotry Hour** Special Paints RRR Cult as Benign |
In a special 1-hour production of his "Coral Ridge Hour,"
D. James Kennedy, of of the "Religious" Radical Right's key
leaders, just portrayed the cult in a pseudo-favorable light by
making it appear the the good works performed by GENUINE,
compassionate Christians (who comprise 98-99% of all American
Christians) is HIS primary agenda. In the process, he alluded
only briefly to abortion and the recent overturning of the USA's
sodomy laws, and seemed not even to mention gambling and
pornography. (If he did, I missed it.) MOST of the broadcast
dealt with the concerns that REAL Christians have... NOT
those held by the bigoted and obnoxious RRR cultists. And
pointed out how GOOD it would be for their objectives to
succeed. Of COURSE that would be good. but THOSE
things are NOT the real objectives of Kennedy and his fellow
oligarchical leaders of the RRR cult.
So here we see a real twist. MOST of the time, the heinous
agenda of the RRR cult reflects badly upon genuine Christians,
causing much of society to be turned off by Christianity in general.
THIS time, we see an attempt by Kennedy to cloak the RRR
wolf in sheep's clothing, and make it appear beingn.
BOTH perceptions are incorrect.
The RRR cult IS utterly loathesome and control-freakish.
Genuine Christians have nothing to do with such hatefulness,
and are VERY fair-minded and compassionate people.
The two groups should never be confused with each other,
by observers.

D. James must have two faces, then. Every time I've ever seen him - he was
amongst the most idiotic, fanatical, an deranged zealots around!
He must have had an off day when you saw him.

Typical of RRR cultists: co opt what you don't care about in order to
appear innocent. Gain political power and then initiate the real agenda.

Which is what they've been doing for years. Ever notice how they now
hide behind the word "Family"? As if they alone have a monopoly on
family, values and morals.

But those x-tians should not be given a free pass. They subscribe to an
ancient, obsolete form of mythology. The acts of compassion and
fairness offered by them would have occurred without the mythology. In
fact, they probably would have occurred in greater numbers and without
the many strings attached that follow such deeds.
The two groups should never be confused with each other,

And unless and until those x-tians hold the RRR's in their midst
accountable for their actions, there should be no quarter given.

Yeah. Looks like Kennedy's been studying up on history a bit.
It's not the first time that tyrannies have applied the very same
technique.
So here we see a real twist. MOST of the time, the heinous
agenda of the RRR cult reflects badly upon genuine Christians,
causing much of society to be turned off by Christianity in general.
Which is what they've been doing for years. Ever notice how

They want to make people THINK that they do. What's almost
hilarious is the way they keep claiming that same-sex marriage, once
legalized, will **destroy** "The Family." But they NEVER can actually
cite ANY way in which any harm actually would be done by that.
THIS time, we see an attempt by Kennedy to cloak the RRR
wolf in sheep's clothing, and make it appear beingn.
BOTH perceptions are incorrect.

As a regulear (non-RRR-cult) Christian, i dosagree with you on
that. But -- even if that were TRUE -- what difference would it make.
Whatever ANY person chooses to believe is perfectly harmless as
long as they don't tey to IMPOSE it upon others.
The acts of compassion and fairness offered by them would
have occurred without the mythology.
Very likely. The Golden Rule is universal common sense, and
an atheist is as likely to practice it as a regular Christian is.
In fact, they probably would have occurred in greater numbers
and without the many strings attached that follow such deeds.
Whether or not there are "strings" is probably directly proportional
to RRR involvement. They are control freaks. Regular Christians are
not.
The two groups should never be confused with each other,
by observers.
And unless and until those x-tians hold the RRR's in their midst
accountable for their actions, there should be no quarter given.
I agree. there's only one problem. Regular Christians mostly ar not
like me in ONE very important regard: They're apathetic as hell. That's
a good thing from the "control-freak standpoint, but a bad thing because
they SHOULD be holding the RRR to account. At 100 to 1 odds, that
could very quickly END the cultists' agendas, if they'd just do it.

Wrong. See my current post entitled,
The RRR Cult's **KEY** Strategy: CON and PROGRAM
the **Most** Gullible.
Even (former Anti-Choice leader) Randall Terry was crying in his
beer over having the support, moral and otherwise, of only "one in
a hundred" Christians.
If anything, i was being unduly generous to the RRR cult by
allowing for the possibility that NON-RRR-cult, compassionate
Christians, may be as few as 98% of Americans claiming to be
Christians.

One couldn't expect any less from unadulterated propaganda.
Of course the ethicality of the means to the end is irrelevant as long
as the odious means are achieved. Death has never had a better ally.

Wrong. As you ALWAYS seem to be, hateful bigot. As I just
said to Dave, see my current post entitled,

You and your ilk might well WISH that were propaganda... but it's
quite the opposite. It is FACT. And Randall Terry even admitted it
(between whines and moans) on his radio program.
Which is very heartening. Except that 1% RRR cultists infesting
American Christendom can be compared to a glass of water that's
1% cyanide.
Of course the ethicality of the means to the end is irrelevant
as long as the odious means are achieved.
Apparently, since your agenda (i.e., the RRR cult's) is VERY
odious, and you evidently don't have an ethicalbone in your body,
for supporting something as sociopathic as that.
