David Horn involved in illegal activity |
Just got off the phone with a Italian budd in New York. He has viewed
these groups and has told me that perhaps this David Horn is really not
all that much of a threat that myself and FraudBuster are making him.
Mikee did tell me that Horn is a "***** Ant" little Agnostic with a big
mouth. Horn needs to meet Mikee and my other buds. After it, he will
become a humble man.
But regardless below is a message from Fraud Buster (another exposer of
David Horn).
As was reported earlier in August, Dave Horn has encouraged unbelievers
to illegally and dishonestly inflate the click count (and expense) for
clicking on Google Ads that contain Dr. Jason Gastrich's web site;
which is a 501(c)(3), non-profit Christian ministry. Horn has not only
encouraged this deceit on Usenet, but also on a popular, atheist
internet forum.
He said, "By the way, yes, one can do a Google search for "Gastrich"
and find that there is a "sponsored link." By clicking on it, one is
taken to his site, and Gastrich pays Google every time that happens.
Since hit count is what Gastrich is all about, I say we give him what
he wants, and we click through the ad whenever we want to visit his
page, which should be frequent...after all, he wants us to be saved,
right?"
This sort of click manipulation is strictly prohibited by Google. In
fact, they say that they will even prosecute those who engage in this
sort of behavior. "Any advertiser or publisher participating in
invalid click activity or any related offense is subject to legal
prosecution. We will also take the appropriate action on the related
account."
Google continues and says, "Google strictly prohibits any method used
to artificially generate invalid clicks or page impressions and closely
monitors clicks on Google AdWords ads to prevent abuse. Invalid clicks
may include the following:
- Manual clicks intended to increase your advertising costs or to
increase
profits for website owners hosting your ads."
Reportedly, from August 5 to August 28, this advertisement has received
173 invalid clicks. Fortunately, for this dedicated, Christian
ministry, Google is on top of things. They say, "Our system
automatically identifies most clicks generated by unethical users and
automated robots, and filters out these clicks before they ever reach
your reports."
Wherever there is fraud and wherever charitable organizations are
persecuted, you'll find Maleboge.com! Horn . . . once again . . .
exposed!
Sincerely,
Angelo

Indeed.
The downside is that one suspects that in due course it will turn out
to be someone else's life either literally or as what Anton LaVey
described as a "psychic vampire".

"Myself and FraudBuster." "Italian budd." More clear Wolfisms that
demonstrate that it is John Wolf, and he continues to engage in
deception.
Mikee did tell me that Horn is a "***** Ant" little Agnostic
with a big mouth. Horn needs to meet Mikee and my
other buds. After it, he will become a humble man.
So we are, once again, treated some lovely Christian sentiments and
implied threats. I love this! Every time "Angelo" Wolf posts, he
exposes *himself* as a fraud and a phony. *True* followers of Christ
do not spread lies and innuendo about other people. They do not
threaten other people, either directly or indirectly.
But regardless below is a message from Fraud Buster (another
exposer of David Horn).
At least Wolf learned from the last time that he needs to properly
credit his sources. But there's no need to go through it, because I've
already refuted "Fraud Buster" (i.e., Jason Gastrich, another
fraudulent "Christian") with a response posted *yesterday*. That
response may be found here,

Sincerely,

There's nothing "sincere" about "Angelo."
Meanwhile for those interested in seeing Gastrich again get his
come-uppance, check out the thread at Infidel Guy:

He gets stomped *bad*, but at least one rational person tries to reach
him...to no avail, of course.

JERRY
who is that "we" ("myself and Fraudbuster") you are talking about?
This is so obviously Wolf engaging in a stereotype as a badass
gangster.
Wolf
Mikee did tell me that Horn is a "***** Ant" little Agnostic with a big
mouth. Horn needs to meet Mikee and my other buds. After it, he will

JERRY
Actually, Wolf, you are a pissant and no one is the least afraid of
you. Were you to ever be confronted with someone ready to kick your
*****, you would run away screaming for your life. Fucking Coward.
Wolf
But regardless below is a message from Fraud Buster (another exposer of

JERRY
Still statement since "FraudBuster" is you, Wolf.

Wolf
This sort of click manipulation is strictly prohibited by Google. In

JERRY
What nonsense. Google gets paid by the click. They won't kill the
goose that lays the golden eggs for them. They couldn't give a rat's
***** less about Gastrich as long as he pays for the clicks.
Wolf
"Any advertiser or publisher participating in

JERRY
Yep, when they themselves are being defrauded. As long as they aren't
being defrauded, they don't care. Do you understand anything about the
Republican Times we live in, John? Republicans don't care about
hardships endured by the poor, as long as they get their money.

173 clicks doesn't sound so bad for a purported "worldwide ministry."
I think Gasbag should pay that immediately and be glad that someone
even bothers to go to that shithole of a website he offers, even

better than CERM.

Dallas Preacher found GUILTY of Sex Assault
http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/dn/latestnews/stories/082306dnmethornbuckle.25c783d5.html
Hornbuckle drugged, attacked 3 women, jury finds after 33 hours
Wednesday, August 23, 2006
By JEFF MOSIER / The Dallas Morning News
FORT WORTH - Terry Hornbuckle bowed slightly and church members held hands
as a judge announced Tuesday that the Arlington minister was guilty of
sexually assaulting three women.
The Tarrant County jury's verdict ended more than 33 hours of deliberations
spanning a week. Jurors began hearing testimony shortly afterward to
determine whether Mr. Hornbuckle deserves probation or two to 20 years in
prison for his crimes. The sentences will run concurrently.
"I think that the evidence was strong, and the defendant was guilty,"
prosecutor Sean Colston said after the verdict was announced. "That's what
turned the case."
Mr. Colston said that anything less than the maximum sentence would be
inappropriate for Mr. Hornbuckle, founder of Agape Christian Fellowship
church. Two of his victims were church members, and one testified that she
was a virgin when the minister drugged and raped her shortly after her 21st
birthday.
Defense attorney Mike Heiskell said that he never argues with the jury's
decision but that he would try to convince them that probation is a fair
sentence. Mr. Hornbuckle has no prior criminal record.
"We hope the jury will see the redemptive side of Terry Hornbuckle," Mr.
Heiskell said.
The three women all testified that Mr. Hornbuckle drugged them. Two said
they were raped either while they were blacked out or groggy from a drug.
One of the victims tested positive for benzodiazepine, a class of drug that
can cause drowsiness and amnesia.
Defense attorneys argued during the trial that Mr. Hornbuckle was a
"playboy" outside the pulpit and that any extramarital sex was consensual.
Mr. Hornbuckle's wife, Renee, who is now senior pastor at Agape, declined
through a spokesman to comment after the verdict. Charles Richardson,
chairman of the Agape board of directors, said church officials would make a
statement after the trial ends.
Mrs. Hornbuckle, who sat through the entire trial - including testimony
about her husband's womanizing and drug use - sat ramrod straight when the
verdict was read by state District Judge Scott Wisch.
The handful of church members remaining in the courtroom held hands, a
common practice during Agape services. Mr. Richardson grasped Mrs.
Hornbuckle's shoulder and murmured: "I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."
In accordance with Judge Wisch's warnings, there was no crying or other
overt display of emotion in the audience when the verdict was read. Church
members had filled the courtroom at the beginning of the three-week trial,
but the number had dwindled to barely more than a half-dozen at the end.
Leon Haley, one of Mr. Hornbuckle's attorneys, said this week he was hopeful
of a not-guilty verdict. He said that a lawyer's rule of thumb is that the
longer a jury deliberates, the better the chance that it will find the
defendant not guilty.
The prosecutors, defense attorneys and judge said they had never
participated in a case in which a jury deliberated so long.
Jurors began discussing the cases about 4:15 p.m. the previous Tuesday. They
sent 41 notes to the judge asking to look at evidence, requesting legal
definitions and calling for copies of testimony.
Judge Wisch said this week that there was no indication that the jury was
deadlocked despite the large number of notes and long deliberations. About
3:30 p.m. Tuesday, the jury sent its 42nd note, saying that it had reached a
unanimous verdict.
For two weeks, the jury listened to sordid and sometimes explicit testimony
about the three separate rape cases.
The first victim, a longtime Agape member, told jurors that her mistake was
trusting the man who baptized her. The woman said Mr. Hornbuckle lured her
to a Euless apartment, where he fed her drugged punch after she rejected his
repeated requests to "get her drink on."
After waking up naked, she tried to get dressed but was held down by Mr.
Hornbuckle and raped, she said.
The second victim, who used the pseudonym Jane Doe on the witness stand,
said that Mr. Hornbuckle began counseling her when her boyfriend left. She
said she didn't want to have sex with the minister but that he exploited her
emotional vulnerability and his position of authority.
The third victim, whose pseudonym was Kate Jones, was not an Agape church
member. She said she met Mr. Hornbuckle at a Bedford health club, where he
used a fake name and claimed to be a counselor for Dallas Cowboys rookies
and a former NFL player.
She testified that she and Mr. Hornbuckle smoked methamphetamine before he
drugged and raped her in her home.
The punishment phase started late Tuesday afternoon with testimony about a
glass pipe, lighter and bag of methamphetamine in Mr. Hornbuckle's Cadillac
Escalade after he was arrested.
Mr. Heiskell noted that there has already been testimony about Mr.
Hornbuckle's drug problems, and he called his client a "meth addict."
Mr. Hornbuckle's bail was revoked twice for failing drug tests and once for
failing to provide a urine sample for a drug test. He has been held in the
Tarrant County jail since March without bail.
Testimony will continue at 9 a.m. today.

ARLINGTON PASTOR SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS IN PRISON
(CBS 11 News) FORT WORTH The man who was once a respected religious leader
is going to prison.
A Tarrant County jury sentenced Terry Hornbuckle, who was convicted on three
counts of rape, to multiple prison terms on Monday.
On the first count, the sentence is 14 years. The sentence for the second
count is 10 years. On the third, it's 15 years. Because the sentences run
concurrently, the verdict equals 15 years behind bars. The reverend was also
fined $10,000 for each conviction
Witness impact statements gave an emotional punctuation to the close of the
trial. Hornbuckle's wife, Renee, left the courtroom before his victims
spoke.
Hornbuckle's lawyers admitted their client is hooked on methamphetamines,
but said they had hoped for lenience.
“We were hopeful for a more compassionate sentence regarding probation and
an opportunity to be able to rehabilitate himself in a more conducive
setting for that. We don't feel that the prison system is such a setting,”
said Hornbuckle’s attorney, Mike Heiskell.
Hornbuckle could be eligible for parole after 7 ½ years. His lawyers say
they will appeal.
Last Tuesday, the jury convicted Hornbuckle of raping three women. Jurors
deliberated for nearly a week before reaching their decision.
Two of the accusers were members of Hornbuckle’s Agape Christian Fellowship
Church.
Hornbuckle, 44, showed no emotion when he heard the guilty verdict.
Prosecutors called Hornbuckle "Bishop Casanova" - a religious leader with a
sinister and criminal side.
"We're very pleased with the verdict. We think the jury worked very hard and
they came out with the correct verdict," said prosecutor Sean Colston.
The defense rested its case August 15 without calling any witnesses. It
introduced into evidence on Friday a letter from NFL career rushing leader
Emmitt Smith written to the Tarrant County grand jury describing Hornbuckle
as "an honest and trustworthy man" and a "true model for our family." Smith
said Hornbuckle had done premarital counseling for him and his wife.
Last week, the mother of one of the women Hornbuckle is accused of
assaulting told jurors that former Dallas Cowboys player Deion Sanders urged
her not to report the rape allegations. Loretta Sheppard testified that
Sanders told her that he and T.D. Jakes, pastor of the Potter's House in
Dallas, were working with Hornbuckle on his problems.
Prosecutor Betty Arvin told jurors that helped explain why the sexual
assault wasn't immediately reported.
During closing arguments on the 22nd, defense attorney Leon Haley said
Hornbuckle's trial was a lesson in the evils of drugs and adultery. He said
the sins didn't rise to the level of criminal violations.
"He's stupid. He's wrong. But, they are too," Haley said.
Arvin told the jury not to accept the argument that Hornbuckle violated only
God's law. She said each of the three women's cases fit the definition of
rape under Texas law.
"Tell him he's guilty of not just being a sinner, but of being the criminal
that he is," she said.
