You'd better read Biden's words again. Note that he offers the choice of
an "activist" judge speaking to these consequential decisions, or the
"non-activist" decision that "we've gone far enough in protecting against
government intrusion into the most personal decisions we make.

Read between the lines. Recently Republicans have been against the

court reading new rights into the constitution that were never envisioned

our forefathers. Biden comes from the party that favors protecting
individuals from government intrusion like torture, invasion of privacy

of the things strict constructionists question as a right) confinement

Bush LOST Florida by 300,000 votes in 2000.

Bush LOST Ohio by 100,000 votes in 2004. And heaven only knows
how much VOTE COUNTING FRAUD was out there in other close states.
