Object: Demonic Healing
"And his deadly wound was healed: and all the world
wondered after the beast" (Revelation 13:3).
"And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast
before him, and causeth the earth and them which
dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose
deadly wound was healed" (Revelation 13:12).
"And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the
means of those miracles which he had power to do in
the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on
the earth, that they should make an image to the
beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live"
(Revelation 13:14).
The reference to a man receiving a deadly wound and
living could refer to the Antichrist being wounded to
death and then rising back to life again. The
Antichrist could claim such a resurrection as "proof"
that he is "the embodiment of the second coming of
the Spirit of Christ", and that he was raised by the
power of Lucifer, whom the Antichrist could claim is
the true Father God.
The Antichrist will be a man "whose coming is after
the working of Satan with all power and signs and
lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of
unrighteousness in them that perish; because they
received not the love of the truth, that they might
be saved" (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10).
Note all that is in the two verses above. First, the
Antichrist (and his False Prophet), will operate in
real power; they will perform real signs. The wonders
which they will perform will not be "lying" in the
sense that a magic trick is a lie: that is, in the
sense that a magician is not actually performing a
stunt which he makes it only appear that he is
performing. Instead, the amazing miracles which the
Antichrist and his False Prophet will perform will
be "lying" in the sense that they will be performed
in order to cause the world to "believe a lie"
(2 Thessalonians 2:11).
The Antichrist and his False Prophet won't have to
necessarily be deceiving the world intentionally;
they could be as deceived by the dragon Satan as the
rest of the world. But, nonetheless, their miracles,
their amazing power, while real, will cause the whole
world to embrace something false: "And they worshipped
the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they
worshipped the beast" (Revelation 13:4); "And all that
dwell upon the earth shall worship him" (Revelation
13:8).
This worshipping of the dragon and the Antichrist
will not be able to save anyone's soul; only Jesus
Christ of Nazareth can save souls: "Jesus saith unto
him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:6).
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there
is none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
It is only by the death of Jesus Christ of Nazareth
on the cross for our sins, and His rising from the
dead on the third day, that we can be saved;
"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel
which I preached unto you, which also ye have
received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are
saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto
you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered
unto you first of all that which I also received, how
that Christ died for our sins according to the
scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose
again the third day" (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should
not perish, but have everlasting life"
(John 3:16).
What Satan will offer the world through the Antichrist
and the False Prophet will not be a real salvation,
but only a temporary rush of miraculous power, which
could include almost universal healing powers, so
that people all over the world could begin to get
physically healed by "opening themselves to the
divine power of Lucifer Christ within them". They
would gain only a temporary, physical well-being, at
the cost of losing the salvation of their eternal
souls.
"What shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the
whole world, and lose his own soul?" (Mark 8:36).
Even Christians could be deceived into thinking that
"Gosh, I haven't been able to get healed of my
infirmity by the name of Jesus Christ for these 40
years... But now, by calling upon the name of Lucifer
Christ I have been made whole!" And so they will
reject their saving faith in Jesus Christ, and lose
their salvation.
"The Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter
times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed
to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils"
(1 Timothy 4:1). "They shall turn away their ears
from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables"
(2 Timothy 4:4). "Ye are saved, if ye keep in memory
what I preached unto you" (1 Corinthians 15:2).
"Continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be
not moved away from the hope of the gospel"
(Colossians 1:23).
Satan wants people to follow any gospel but that of
Jesus Christ, to follow any Christ but Jesus Christ.
Jesus warned us: "False Christs and false prophets
shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to
seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. But take
ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things"
(Mark 13:22-23).
Paul said that even Satanic people can pass
themselves off as ministers of "Christ": "Such are
false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming
themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no
marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an
angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his
ministers also be transformed as the ministers of
righteousness" (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).
-False teachers will always try to replace the true
gospel of Jesus Christ with something "new" and
"better", whether "channelled by Ascended Masters"
or "revealed in these last days by an Angel". They
will always teach something to the effect of "It is
time to move beyond the old models, and ascend to the
next level, to enter into all that we can truly be
and do in the power of Christ. No longer do we need
to use the name of Jesus for healing or salvation; no
longer do we need the old barbaric symbol of a bloody
crucifixion. We can cast off all those outdated
concepts such as 'sin' and eternal torment in
hellfire, and all the rest of those old shackles
which we placed on ourselves by taking the Bible
literally. The time has come for us to close the
Bible once and for all, and place it under our feet,
using it as what it was intended to be, merely a step
to the next level, to the level of complete liberty
and healing in the free Spirit of Christ".
And so they will reject the true gospel of Jesus
Christ, reject His Word, and replace it with a
different gospel of "Christ": "I marvel that ye are
so soon removed from him that called you into the
grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not
another; but there be some that trouble you, and
would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or
an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto
you than that which we have preached unto you, let
him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now
again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you
than that ye have received, let him be accursed"
(Galatians 1:6-9).
"Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels"
(Matthew 25:41).
Don't be fooled by any demonic teachings masquerading
as the teachings of "Christ". Be especially wary of
being drawn into teachings which deny the necessity
of the name of Jesus and His death on the cross for
our sins. Hold fast to the true gospel of Jesus Christ
even if you witness amazing healings claimed to be
performed by the power of "Christ", but which will
actually be demonic healings, accompanied by a denial
of what the Bible teaches.
"If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples
indeed" (John 8:31).
"Preach the word; be instant in season, out of
season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all
longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come
when they will not endure sound doctrine"
(2 Timothy 4:2-3).
"Whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of
him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall
come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of
the holy angels" (Luke 9:26).
