been an earthquake before, right? It doesn't matter

A 4.9? Man, that's not an earthquake, that's something you look up,
wait for the shaking to stop, and then make bets with your spouse on
the intensity and epicenter.
We get hundreds of quakes every week, most of them to small to be
noticed.
