Esau/Edom |
The Edomite Jews could say that Abraham was an ancestor of theirs,
through Esau, as they did in John 8:33; but this Hebrew blood through
Esau had been diluted to the vanishing point by 1700 years of marrying
only people of Canaanite racial stocks. Therefore, Jesus Christ rebuked
them for falsely claiming to be still of Abrahamic (therefore
inferentially of Israelite) lineage, for He told them in John 8:44 "Ye
are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.
He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth,
because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of
his own: for he is a liar and the father of it".
By carefully observing the 8th chapter of John, verses 31-47, we learn
the following: These were Jews to whom Jesus was speaking, and the Bible
identifies them as Jews. And in the Jewish Encyclopedia, the article on
Edom concludes with the words "The Edomites today are found in modern
Jewry".
In Obadiah 1:8-10 we read: "Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD,
even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the
mount of Esau? And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the
end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter. For
thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou
shalt be cut off for ever.
And in Obadiah 1:18 we learn the eventual fate of Esau/Edom (Jews): And
the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and
the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour
them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the
LORD hath spoken it.
Looks like the Jews are all going to die when Yahshua returns, and it
appears that they're all going by fire. This is further confirmed by
Yahshua Himself in the Book of Matthew, chapter 13, in the Parable of
the Wheat and the Tares. In verses 37 and 38 we learn that the Wheat is
the seed of YHVH, and the tares are the seed of "the wicked one". Who
was the wicked one? Well, 1 John 3:12 says "Not as Cain, who was of that
wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his
own works were evil, and his brother's righteous." Cain was of the
wicked one, Lucifer.
Eve was seduced by Lucifer in the Garden of Eden where she laid with
him. That's why YHVH punished her by making childbirth painful. The
result of their sexual intercourse was the mongrel Cain, who murdered
his righteous brother Abel. Yahshua, speaking to the Jews in Matthew
23:33-35 says "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape
the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and
wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and
some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them
from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed
upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of
Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the
altar."
Did you catch that? Yahshua directly links the Jews to Cain, the
murderer. I guess it should really come as no surprise when Yahshua
tells these Jews in John 8:44: "Ye are of your father the devil, and
the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the
beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in
him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar,
and the father of it." Then in verse 47 He goes on to tell these
Satanic Jews that they are not even of God!
And we learn also in the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares that in the
end times all the Jews are going to go by fire. Matthew 13:49: "So
shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and
sever the wicked from among the just,". (Now, being a thinking man, I
believe that the "wicked" and the "just" are the two seedlines mentioned
in Gen. 3:15.) Now, in verse 50: "And shall cast them into the furnace
of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."
