When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all
the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the
throne of his glory. And before him shall be gathered
all nations, and he shall separate them one from
another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the
goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand,
but the goats on the left.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand,
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat; I was
thirsty, and ye gave me drink; I was a stranger, and
ye took me in; naked, and ye clothed me; I was sick,
and ye visited me; I was in prison, and ye came
unto me.

when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? Or
thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a
stranger, and took thee in? Or naked, and clothed
thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and

unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye
have done it unto one of the least of these my
brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was

Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when
saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger,
or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister
unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily
I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of
the least of these, ye did it not to me.

And these shall go away into everlasting punishment,
but the righteous into life eternal.

There came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked
him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit
eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest
thou me good? There is none good but one, that is,
God. Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit

false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and
mother. And he answered and said unto him, Master,
all these have I observed from my youth. Then Jesus
beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One
thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou
hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have
treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and
follow me.

And he was sad at that saying, and went away
grieved, for he had great possessions. And Jesus
looked round about, and saith unto his disciples,
How hardly shall they that have riches enter into
the kingdom of God! And the disciples were
astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again,
and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for
them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom
of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the
eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into
the kingdom of God. And they were astonished out of
measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be
saved? And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men
it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all
things are possible.

Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left
all, and have followed thee. And Jesus answered and
said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that
hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father,
or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my
sake, and the gospel's, but he shall receive an
hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren,
and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands,
with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal
life. Mark 10:17-30

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted
him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit

sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have
their part in the lake which burneth with fire and
brimstone: which is the second death. Rev.21:6-8

And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will,
