HOLLYWOOD TREND
A new film is coming under criticism from a Christian film and
television organization because it mocks Christianity and depicts
those who follow Christ as foolish and irrational.
According to Ted Baehr, founder of the Christian Film &
Television Commission ministry, the film "Saved," which will be
released on May 28, purposely ridicules Christians. I watched
the movie trailer for this film today and was saddened to see
that the Christian characters are portrayed as virtual nitwits.
All of which is EXCELENT evidence of the degree to which
the ACTUAL nitwits who are the psuedo-Christian lemmings of
the RRR cult have succeeded, via their high-profile antics, bigotry,
and general stupidity, into fooling society into thinking they are
*representative* of Christians in general; i.e., **typical**
Christians.
And that's tragic for the ACTUAL, fair-minded, sensible,
down-to-earth, and tolerant christians who comprise fully
99% of American Christians. Only 1% (or to word it as Randall Terry
did on his radio show one day while crying in his beer, "one in 100")
support the hateful and sociopathic agenda of the RRR cult.
But this is modern-day America and Hollywood frequently
takes on a singular and hostile temperament in regard to Christians.
It's YOUR Fault, Falwell, since you are one of the 8 leaders of
the oligarchical RRR cult. You've don a VERY good job of conning a
LOT of people, Hollywood included, into thinking that your merry band
of hateful nut cases -- 2 million out of 200 million of-age American
Christians -- are TYPICAL Christians. So they call it as they SEE it.
When Christians are habitually illustrated as hate-mongers and
religious tyrants the end result can only bring about trouble for
believers.
YOU started it all, Falwell, when you formed your "Moral Majority"
movement that was comprised of a tiny MINORITY of pseudo-Christians
who subscribed to your phony dogmas of hate and imposing change
upon the world. The IMmoral MINority. You have no one to blame but
yourself, and your seven other key cronies, for this debacle. Then
you're stupid enough to WHINE about it when your vultures come
home to roost!
I admit that there are a few crazies in the Christian community, ...
Too late for you to admit that now! You've UNLEASHED that 1% of
loons upon society, and they have done a very effective job of getting
ALL Christians painted with the bruch of bigotry, hatefulness, and
lunacy that ONLY you and you RRR cult lemmings deserve.
...but Hollywood chooses to falsely depict us all as Fred Phelps-types
who hate homosexuals and indignantly push our beliefs on others.
You are just a tiny step behind Phelps in your lunacy, and you
have ALWAY sought to impose your agenda upon society. That's
what the RRR cult DOES... and **you** STARTED the RRR cult!
You should have used your brain back in the '70s, and never
created that obnoxious monster. Now it's come home to haunt
you in spades. And YOU deserve it.
Tough luck, though, for the 99% of the decent, intelligent, and
fair-minded American Christians who DON'T!
