The Final Equinox 2000 - Revisited (and Revised)
Introduction
Five years ago, in July of 1998, I 'published' on the Internet what was to
be the bulk of my work, which I entitled "The Final Equinox 2000". That
essay was basically a thesis which sought to prove, beyond any reasonable
doubt, that the seven-year period commonly known as the 'tribulation',
described variously in the Bible as being the 'time of Jacob's troubles',
'the end of days', or 'the time of the end' began ten years ago, in 1993,
with the signing of the 'seven-year' 'Agreement in Principle' between the
Israeli government and the historically-terroristic Palestinian Liberation
Organization (PLO) signed in the city of Washington, D.C.
For those who may not know the connection between the two: over 2,500 years
ago, it was predicted by the Old Testament prophets Daniel, Isaiah et al.
that this seven-year countdown towards the 'Battle of Armageddon' and the
subsequent 'Anointing of the Messiah'--better known by the term as 'the
Second Coming of Christ' would be triggered by a peace accord (or 'treaty',
'covenant', etc.) that the nation of Israel would make with another nation
or people for a period of seven years to ensure "peace and security" for
that tiny nation and its Jewish citizenry. The same prophecies go on to say
it would be a false sense of security that the people of Israel would
subsequently enjoy; that they in fact had made a "covenant with death"
itself, ensuring its eventual near-total destruction.
Now, anyone possessing arithmetic skills beyond Kindergarten would be able
to deduce that if 1933 plus seven years equals 2000, and knowing current
events enough to know that this is now 2003, that that thesis was, to say
the least, flawed. Notwithstanding the fact that that decade-old "Peace and
Security Agreement" between Israel and the PLO has indeed proven to be the
sham that the Bible describes it as being, the 'End' did not come at its
supposed appointed time, in September of the year 2000 A.D.
Looking back, I made a great many mistakes in that essay, most notably in
the various predictions that I made in reference to the various dates that
were to be found within the timeline that I drew up based upon that
seven-year period, in turn based upon the same Biblical prophecies, which
not only described what would happen, but at what point in the 'seven' that
it would occur. Not just that, but I went above and beyond that noble basic
endeavour and added a whole whack of other predictions based upon other,
less Scriptural sources, including those stemming from my own wild
imagination. So, after the dust settled, my work ended up in the various
dust-heaps found on the Web commonly entitled 'Failed Millennial Predictions
'. And I deserved to be so treated. The work itself didn't deserve to be
totally dissed by the general public, but I almost certainly did for the way
I handled the entire matter. Enough said about the latter; all I can say is
that I can only try not to repeat the same mistakes this time around.
About the former then, the thesis itself. Within the aforementioned
timeline, there were to be found five key events that, like I described
earlier, were major prophetic occurrences with their attendant 'times' they
were to happen, based purely upon the prophecy given to Daniel in the 9th
Chapter of the book of the same name. Instead of describing it here, I will
simply show the original timeline in table format that I drew up at that
time. There is a sixth event missing from the below timeline, that predicted
for April 10, 1997 as the 'Arrival of the Antichrist', 45 days after the
'Abomination that causes Desolation', on February 23, 1997.

'The Final Equinox-2000'
N/A
Anyhow, you can get a rough idea by glancing through the above as to what
the basic premise of 'Equinox-2000' was all about, at least in its
predictive aspect.
And as mentioned, the 'predictive aspect', from all appearances, would
certainly seem to have been an outright, abject failure, especially so as
the very last date shown above, that being September 21, 2000 (the 'final
equinox'), was to be the date of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, no less.
So why am I here, dragging out this old, worn out, and admittedly mistaken
theory again? It isn't due to some bizarre masochistic streak that I
apparently have within my psyche. Oh all right, that I'm here, within these
same few newsgroups trying to do what I feel I must do is due to that
particular character flaw, but has nothing to do with what I'm trying to
accomplish. I just have nowhere else to go to do so, it would seem.
So let the same old gang of self-appointed- 'gurus', 'experts', 'cops', all
the trolls and whatever other sort of flotsam and jetsam that inhabit these
newsgroups come and trashmouth me once more, yet again doing so obviously
without the benefit of actually reading whatever I have to say, let alone
doing any sort of basic checking of any cited sources I might name in order
to possibly corroborate or confirm whatever evidence I might present. Just
like ever. As far as I'm concerned, I have no time for such people. I'm not
here for their benefit, although it would seem to them that I was, in their
tiny little closed-off trollish minds, that is.
No, I'm here for the all-too-often silent majority that I hope exists at any
rate, the ones who never seem to make their presence known, by postings,
replies to other postings or whatever. I can only imagine, again hopefully,
that there are a lot of others, other than these few, who visit these
newsgroups with a sincere attitude, in the hope of finding something
worthwhile to read upon this subject matter. To that reader, I promise to do
my best not to dash those expectations.
All I require from them in turn is a promise to keep an open mind, and to
check at least most of the sources that I will cite for the evidence that I
plan to present. Towards that end, I'll include as many URL links as
necessary within this work to make it as easy as possible for them to do so,
so checking the sources is just a matter of a mouse click or two away. I
will also supply the web addresses of those sites where you can download
various freeware or shareware programs that you can use as tools, to compute
time spans, calendar dates, astronomical data, and the like, as you go on.
As to exactly what I'm trying to accomplish then, I will now try to explain.
When I first began my (intensive) research into Biblical prophecy in the
Fall of 1995, I was under the impression, like most 'students' of the
subject, that the Bible predicted only one final seven-year period, commonly
called the 'Tribulation', leading to "The End Of The World As We Know It",
or TEOTWAWKI for those well-acquainted with the matter around here. It wasn'
t until the 'big letdown' of Jesus' no-show in September of 2000 that I was
finally, irrevocably shaken of that conviction.
To be sure, there were earlier letdowns and no-shows before that within the
Timeline I drew up that should have served as warning signs (but didn't),
most notably the fact that Messrs. Antichrist and sidekick False Prophet
never bothered showing up at their appointed time on April 10, 1997 either.
I just assumed that God simply changed His Mind about allowing those two to
go about their evil business on the world stage, at least for the 42 months
(or 1,260 days, or 'time, times and half a time'-they're all equal to each
other) that the Bible originally allotted them as specified in the Book of
Revelation, Ch.13, v.5. But I still kept the faith, blind as it may have
been in retrospect, that the J - Man would keep His appointment, at least as
far as His own appearance was concerned.
In all honesty, I began to have serious doubts about September 21, 2000
being the date of the Second Coming when nothing prophetic seemed to be
happening in the world in the years 1998 or 1999, especially on the key date
noted above in the timeline, the 2300th day, which was December 31, 1999.
That you may recall, was the time of the worldwide Y2K scare, and general
Millennial Madness After that point, I knew in my heart that something in my
entire thesis had gone terribly south. But what I never questioned, until
recently, is that there was still just the one seven-year period prophesied
in the Bible in the first place.
Today, I now realize that there was not just one, or even two, but in all
probability three separate seven-year periods outlined in the same
all-important 'Seventy Week' prophecy in the 9th Chapter in the Book of
Daniel.
In short, the first 'seven' ran, as outlined above, from September 13, 1993
to September 21, 2000. There was nothing wrong with the date structure,
there was simply more than one 'seven' to consider, as it turned out.
The 'second seven' began at the critical midpoint date of the 'first seven',
on February 23, 1997, and finally ends on March 4, 2004.
The final and 'third seven' began where the 'first seven' left off, on
September 21, 2000, and has as its critical midpoint date as being March 4,
2004, when the 'second seven' ends. And that's where the entire 'Triple
Seven' time period seems to end, as I do not believe that there is a second
'half-time period' prescribed for the 'third seven'. More on that later.
Sounds complicated, doesn't it? But so does the language that the Archangel
Gabriel employs when delivering the 'Seventy Week' prophecy to Daniel in the
first place, that only upon further analysis reveals the underlying
structure of the 'Triple Seven' time period in the first place.
In fact, Gabriel's prophecy, outlined in Daniel 9:24-27 was so intentionally
worded so as to enable the reader to actually construct a fourth timeline,
this one having absolutely nothing to do with 'sevens' at all, and which
runs from the year 606 B.C., and finds its culmination on February 23, 2004,
exactly ten days short of the final date of the final 'seven', again that
being March 4, 2004 A.D.
That fourth timeline, which I discovered earlier this year, is what I call a
'matrix', for reasons I will get into later. It is a 'box' composed of
twelve key years in history, divided into two main groups, those six that
are described in the entire Book of Daniel, being 606, 592, 587, 536, 522
and 517 B.C., and those in the bottom A.D. section, being 1948, 1962, 1967,
1984, 1998 and finally, 2003 A.D.
The reason I say that it ends on February 23, 2004 is that due to the fact
that there was no Year Zero between BC and AD, that therefore the final
Matrix year 2003 must necessarily be extended one exact year to find its
actual culmination date. And that probably sounds overcomplicated as well,
as it would seem to hold the entire twelve-year key years suspect as well,
but all I can say is that the Matrix works, and that it certainly seems to
confirm my 'Triple seven' theory as well, as they appear to converge at the
same point in history, that being a little more than three and a half months
from this writing.
I will say this much further about the Matrix. It will freak you out.
As to what I 'predict' actually happening on those two dates, of course,
remains outside the realm of all the mathematically beautiful precision and
logic that makes up the finished timeline itself (consisting mainly of the
'Triple Seven' and 'Matrix' timelines), and becomes reliant on my own
opinion and speculative powers, based upon the descriptions attendant with
that dating structure within the same prophecy (further supported by
prophecies from Ezekiel, Revelation, etc.) God knows I've been wrong before
in describing exactly what I think is about to take place at a certain time,
albeit the times they were to occur were based upon a very sound exegesis of
the source material, no matter what the naysayers may say, as this essay, or
thesis will hopefully bear out to the reader.
Bearing that in mind, I will in any case at least summarize here what I
believe will happen at general time, and why. February 23, 2004 marks the
exact 2,520th anniversary of the completion of the Second Temple, which
according to the Book of Ezra;
"The temple was completed on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth
year of the reign of King Darius."
(Ezra 6:15 NIV)
If worked out on the prophetic calendar, which is based upon the very same
calendar system used in Daniel's day (360 days a year, 12 months of 30 days,
the first day of the year being the autumnal equinox, September 21st), then
3 Adar corresponds to February 23rd, with the 21st of every month within our
solar based calendar being the 1st day of the original twelve Jewish month,
as follows.
If historical records are correct, that King Darius began his rule of the
Mede-Persian Empire in 522 B.C., then his sixth year of reign would
encompass the first half of 517 B.C. Stated succinctly, the Second Temple
was completed on the equivalent of February 23, 517 B.C., and counting
forward 2,520 solar-based, or Gentile years, you arrive at February 23, 2004
A.D. And Gentile times are most critical to acknowledge in considering
endtime prophecy, as Jesus Himself adjured His disciples to understand that
all would not be fulfilled until the 'times of the Gentiles'--as laid out in
Biblical prophecy, had finally ended (Luke 21:24). That has everything to
do with the Matrix mentioned above, plus the most-critical 'Year Zero' rule,
a Gentile phenomenon incidentally, that extends the final Matrix year 2003 a
further Gentile, or solar year of 365.24 days. For those who may not know,
Gentile simply means anything non-Jewish.
Before I go on about what I believe will happen next February and March, I'd
like to explain a little further about the Matrix timeline.
The Temple Matrix, as it should properly be called, contains certain
mathematical properties, based upon the prophetic numbers found within the
Gabriel prophecy to Daniel that deal in 'timespans', such as 70 years, 2,520
years and those numbers which can be inferred from the same by Gentile
conversion, or those numbers which separated key events entirely found and
graphically described within the Book of Daniel, as well as Ezekiel.
Perhaps it would make things simpler to explain if I were to just show you
the Matrix.

For now, ignore all the smaller numbers between the key (boldfaced) years in
the Matrix, and just focus on its basic structure. The twelve years are set
in a table made up of three columns, A, B, and C, and four rows, 1, 2, 3 and
4.
For each of the three columns, there is a certain common 'theme' as to what
those four years below them represent.
In Column A, entitled "Exile/Exodus", all four years below are ones where a
certain group of Jewish people were either exiled from Israel to a
particular nation, or were part of an exodus of Jews going back to Israel
from a particular nation, or nations.
In Column B, entitled "Writings/Origins of the prophets", all four years in
that column concern either the origin (in one instance) of a prophet, or as
in the case of the other three instances, were the years that a certain
prophet actually prophesied about certain events that were to occur to a
specific 'temple', either in the near future, or both near and distant
future.
In Column C, entitled "Fulfillment of 'Temple' prophecy-before or after a
fierce battle", all four years in the column below are when the predictions
concerning those temples made by those prophets are actually fulfilled. In
the case of the first three dates in that column, the fulfillment of the
'temple' prophecies occurs after a fierce struggle or battle. As for the
final year in that column, 2003 A.D., the 'temple' prophecy is apparently to
be fulfilled before an impending fierce battle.
Therefore, as seen, the twelve Matrix years are divided into three groups of
four years principally by theme, and after being so divided, form a table or
grid that then takes on a life of its own, as we soon shall see.
As far as the Rows 1 - 4 are concerned, they appear to be divided up between
which particular 'temple' is being prophesied about. Row 1 pertains to the
First Temple of Solomon, Row 2 deals with the Second Temple built by
Zerubbabel in the 6th Century B.C. Row 3 deals with both the Second and an
implied future Third Temple, and finally, Row 4 deals strictly with the
implied Third Temple itself.
So, as can be seen in the Matrix diagram above, there is not just a
mathematical but also a thematic interconnectedness between all of the
Matrix years, either horizontally along the rows representing the three
chronological stages of a specific temple prophecy, but vertically as well,
representing the three common themes that runs through each of the four
Matrix years below it.
Note the numbers between the twelve years both horizontally and vertically.
They represent the amount of time (in years) that span between them. Notice,
for instance, the length of time between the years in Columns A and B is 14
years, and the time between all the years in Rows 1 and 3 equal to 2,520
years, and so on. It's the mathematical interconnectedness of all twelve
years that define it as a 'matrix', at least in my opinion of what the word
entails in meaning.
If we were to judge the Matrix's value solely upon the fact that the twelve
years have both a common 'theme' - common 'temple' interconnectedness, and
that that resulting table yields a common mathematical interconnectedness,
that may be coincidence enough to be judged at least remarkable, but when it
is considered that each of the seven different 'time span' numbers, being 5,
14, 36, 70, 2,484, 2,520 and 2,554, find their sources and meaningfulness in
the Bible itself, most of which are either implied or plainly given in the
very same two specific end time prophecies being discussed, then that
warrants not just a remark, but a commitment to further inquiry, to say the
very least.
I've refrained until this point from stating what I believe what should be
the obvious initial observations about the Matrix-that the two original end
time prophecies by Ezekiel and then Daniel are integral to the entire
apparatus. Notice that with every single temple prophecy, whether a certain
'temple' was being destroyed, rebuilt, re-united with, or 'desolated',
either one or both of those Old Testament prophets wrote about it in great
detail, with enough information or clues given in each to eventually
determine not only which temple was being discussed, but what would happen
to it, and most critically, when it would occur in history. That holds true
whether they were predicting its destruction five years down the road, or
its 'desolation' 2,520 Gentile years in their distant futures.
I will, of course, go into much greater detail later on in the essay about
the Matrix, but I just wanted to show it to you now to pique your interest
so you'll continue to read on. You probably don't know the significance of
most of the twelve years in terms of history, but you will. And when you do,
you too will realize that only a beautiful, perfect Mind as that of God's
could construct such a thing. I simply just discovered it, like everything
else in this essay.
Getting back to the near future, that being February 23rd and March 4th,
2004. As far as the former date is concerned, that '2,520 year' prophecy
found its origin with the completion of the construction of the Second
Temple in Jerusalem on February 23, 517 B.C,, as mentioned above.
Looking at the Matrix, you can see that the key year below 517 B.C. is 1967
A.D. That is the year that the Jews became re-united with the remains of
that Second Temple at the conclusion of the Six-Day War, on June 7, 1967.
That in turn was 2,520 Jewish years, or 2,484 Gentile years between the two
events. The difference between those two time periods is equal to 36 Gentile
years. Now, doing a straight mathematical count, meaning not taking into
account that there was no Year Zero between the BC and AD eras (which
pertains to all the key years in the Matrix that are separated by it as
well), then counting forward 2,520 Gentile years from 517 B.C. brings you to
2003 A.D., the present year. And, again, if you do take into consideration
the Year Zero rule, then you have to add 365 days, and thus come up with the
final fulfillment date of February 23, 2004.
However, as those who have read 'The Final Equinox-2000' from before will
realize, that particular prophecy found a certain fulfillment 2,513 years
after 517 B.C., in 1997 A.D., thirty years after the Six-Day War reunion
(Matrix key) year of 1967, and exactly seven years before its impending
final fulfillment just over three months from now.
It was on February 23, 1997 that the Roslin Institute announced to the world
the existence of Dolly the lamb, the first cloned mammal. Medical
biotechnology then became available to clone higher forms of life, including
ostensibly mankind itself. From that point on, the race was on to do just
that, despite all the protestations from the various religions, governments
and ethics agencies. The genie was out of the bottle, Pandora's box was
opened, and only God Himself is willing and able to do the right thing
concerning it, which is to stop it in its monstrous tracks, stone cold dead.
And that's exactly the point. God foresaw that moment in history, and what
it truly meant for the future for the human race, which is to say its
eventual destruction, and equally has plans to intercede before it has a
chance to become reality, which I believe to be February 23, 2004, or
possibly March 4, 2004, ten days later.
That, I believe, will be when the first confirmed human clone is announced,
and shown to the world in the news. It's important that we actually see the
child, since Jesus Himself stipulated as much, with an advisory to the
reader to consider very carefully His words concerning this event, some
2,000 years after the fact;
"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by
Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him
understand:)
"Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:"
(Matthew 24:15 KJV)
Here, Jesus would seem to be clearly referring to the abomination that takes
place in the as yet unbuilt Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, or why else ought
the people of Judea (southern Israel) flee to the mountains? Yet, Jesus
Himself cautioned His Disciples in regards to that particular verse from the
Book of Daniel. Why? Because Jesus well knew that the average person reading
either Daniel's prophecy or His own concerning a 'temple' would assume that
they were referring to a temple made of stone, brick, or whatever, whether
it was the proposed Third Temple to be built in Jerusalem, or what have you.
Not so. Anyone expecting such an edifice to be built before any 'tribulation
' possibly taking place (leading to an 'abomination' inside it, or its
eventual 'desolation') is doomed to be overtaken by the imminent apocalyptic
events soon to occur, and all other 'desolations' decreed for the endtime,
which is very much here, and now.
The first thing we must do is define all three terms;
Abomination: In the eyes of God, anything that man does that runs contrary
to His natural laws and ordinances constitutes an abomination. Examples of
this would be homosexuality, bestiality, or anything to do with Michael
Jackson.
Temple: According to the Old Testament, it is a building built by human
hands to house the Holy Spirit of God. However, according to the New
Testament, both Saint Paul and Jesus Himself refer to the human body as the
Temple of the Holy Spirit.
Desolation: Anything that which is desolated or empty. In this context, in
regards to the Second Temple, Jesus told the Pharisees that their House of
God would be left desolate to them one day, when God's Holy Spirit would no
longer be found within.
Defining an 'abomination' or 'desolation' is as simple as looking it up in
the dictionary. The trick therefore is to find out exactly what Jesus meant
by 'temple'.
"Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit
lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for
God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple."
(1 Corinthians 3:16-17)
Again, later in the same letter to the Corinthians;
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in
you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought
at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."
(1 Corinthians 19-20 NIV)
And Jesus himself referred to His body as a temple when he dared the
Pharisees;
"Jesus answered them, 'Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in
three days.'
The Jews replied, 'It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and
you are going to raise it in three days?"
But the temple he had spoken of was his body."
(John 2:19-21 NIV)
When God created mankind in His own image, He gave him an immortal soul, the
'essence' of Himself. When man re-creates himself in his own image, through
this new cloning technology, he creates a temple that is desolate of a soul,
let alone one that could possibly house the Holy Spirit of God. This new
technology completely does away with the usual male and female reproductive
process, which was God's original law, or 'ordinance' for all his creatures
to recreate themselves. Now, however, now a man or woman can reproduce
himself or herself using merely a DNA nucleus from say, his or her liver,
and transfer it into a nucleus-free, empty female egg. And from there, can
be put into any female human womb to induce pregnancy and bring it to full
term.
I'm pasting a few of these paragraphs verbatim from my 1998 essay I've had
stored on my computer, including the above. At that time I went on to
conclude;
"In other words, man now has the ability to create himself in his own image,
not God's. THAT is the Abomination that causes desolation of the Temple
spoken of in Daniel 9:27, that was prophesied to occur in the middle of the
seven missing prophetic years."
Five years ago, I was under the impression that there was only one final
seven-year period allotted for the endtimes, as I mentioned earlier. Now, I
am saying that there are no less than three of them, spanning from 1993 to
2004. The Dolly announcement took place in the middle of the 'first seven',
and in retrospect, was supposed to serve as a wake-up call from God to
mankind that his days were numbered, literally. My job was simply to point
this out to folks, and well, I failed miserably. Not only did I not get that
message across, I managed to screw it up so it sounded like the Dolly
announcement was the abomination itself. Wrong.
The entire 'first seven' was to serve merely as a wake-up call from God to
mankind, with all the key dates I had set out in the original timeline.
Instead of apocalyptic, cataclysmic events happening on those key dates,
which I gleefully predicted for them, all I got was some rotten 'signs',
such as the Dolly announcement. Or instead of an Antichrist appearing on a
certain date, all I got was a crummy comet coincidence, and so on. I
expected real earth-shattering events at each key point, and when all I got
were 'signs' and so forth, I shook off the dust and hoped for something
colossal the next key date, or 'time' around. Eventually, as mentioned, I
became so disillusioned with all the no-shows and general dearth of mayhem
and chaos that ought to have been happening in the world around me that I
just gave up and sulked in a corner for three years or so, until earlier
this year. Shades of Jonah, I suppose.
At any rate, God wasn't through with me just yet, so I guess I'm not through
with you lot, either. If I do nothing else as far as passing on what I've
learned in the past eight years to you, and if there's nothing else you can
glean from what I'm trying to say, it is that once you see that first cloned
human child, the ***** is going to literally hit the prophetic fan. Get it?
Got it? Good. It's the reason I was born, just to pass that little tidbit
along by the way. Everything else I am showing you here is in mere support
of that one single message. I've got a lot, I mean a lot of that evidence
built up over the last eight years and I'm dying to tell it you. It comes
from quarters so stretched that the mind boggles, as one's mind ought when
shaking hands with the Mind of his Creator, Who also created the Heavens and
the Earth, just for them. Happy reading, more to come soon.
Daniel
