I do not like Firewalls because they are causing connection problems. At
times they stop working or begin to malfunction interrupting connection to
the Internet. I've seen this happening everyday and people are forced to
spend top dollars, by the minute, for a problem that was caused either by
the mass media and by the computer manufacturers. I do require a fix for
this situation and I do want you to provide free service for a
malfunctioning firewall and for any firewall that does not "automatically"
recognize Nation-wide well recognized internet based software's attempting
to have full access to the Internet. Again, asking the stupid question "do
you want to allow x application to connect?" is not honest nor ethical. A
computer user that is not computer-literate will always answer "no" to that
question, out of fear, causing system malfunction. The user is then forced
to spend money to solve that problem. I've seen also firewall software that
keeps blocking traffic while being disabled: this is equal to steal money to
people.

The only firewall that I do accept is a Router that is connected between the
computer and the Internet connection. No Software firewall is a good
firewall unless one knows how to use it.
