Mayor White loves to say, "When you give to the pan handler you don't

where your money is going" He is wrong, I know that I helped someone !

Helped them buy more alcohol and drugs perhaps?

Someone who most likely *won't get any help* from *anywhere else*...

How do you know that? Have you been there, on the street, homeless
asking for help? Have you ever asked for food and shelter there? Who
did you ask? What did they say?

... (and from others like myself, who have no respect for Mayor
White's *heartlessness*) to *the least among us*.
