Praise God!



It always amazes me how God answers our prayers, but especially when He
was already working on it before you knew you needed to ask!!

What do I mean? Well, as you know we have been looking for a new job and
the ability to have the docks as our home. Well as I listen to Ottis
Redding's "sitting on the dock of the bay", amazed that God does give to
those that love Him the desires of their heart. For way back in May there
was a position that opened, a well paying position(more than double) with
a solid company, after not finding anyone they went to a consulting
company, the experience, the job title, the description all reads like my
husbands resume' almost to the letter,,,, it so happened that this
consulting firm found his resume' and the job listing was only paid for
until the exact date that he interviewed with them! so it doesn't need
filled anymore ;) and so they emailed him, then called, then this Friday
interviewed him for the position, he said what income are you looking for
and my husband told him a little more than we have no because I have to
pay for my grandson, he said well this will pay more than that.

I had ask God, give me enough to care for Chris, to move, to pay off my
car, and pay for my college, and this will do that with left over. He has
one more formality, to meet the other manager. He has saved his current
company millions of dollars and that pretty much was the icing to get this
job. And do you know what, an apt that I wanted just came available at the
right time, I can get the keys in the 5th of October. It is right at the
end of the marina!!!!!, and furthermore, they are letting us have two
months free because we used their management company for six years before!
So, I sit stunned and amazed at His goodness. And I am happy but truly
more stunned than anything else! I mean, I see Him move in lives everyday,
the proof that He is here and works things out if we trust Him to do that.
Floors me every time, more so when it is us!



My daughter called, found out about our move, seems she is having a little
trouble in paradise,,,,, she asked to come over Tuesday to talk things
over. At least she hasn't had any drugs or alcohol in a while and I hope
it remains that way. She also went to the church this morning so that is
answered prayer. Her husband will be doing some jail time and she will
have to do 24hours, I hope she thinks about a few things, or the Lord
could arrange that there be someone there to say the things that would
touch her heart right where she needs it and she would turn herself around
completely. I pray every hour for her and for her husband. I know that I
trust God to work all out for all our good and to His glory, and He
doesn't forsake us J Amen! Praise God! Yet too, the HS moves when we utter
prayers and praise for someone else, I see it all the time!



And if you could, pray and praise for my brother, he is getting it bad
over in Iraq, the miracle is this though: him and a few guys went to sleep
and a bomb landed right near their heads, they couldn't hear for a while
but the strange thing was, it always blows out ward in all directions, it
only blew "away" from their heads and they where not harmed!!!!!!!!!!
